I have been waiting an hour and half for a simple chest xray
All because the diagnostic won’t schedule appointments for chest X-rays. When I called to make an appointment the office in Jacksonville said she didn’t know what other places in HCA were available. Wait time is a joke ! I am now going to miss another previously SCHEDULED appointment due to poor scheduling policies at HCA!

I went in to have labs drawn today and waited over an hour. The “registration list of patients”online showed I had waited 59 minutes then my status showed “in progress”. However, I was still in the waiting area and had not been called back so I’m guessing 59 mins is the magic number and your status changes in their system. Finally, I was called back and after answering a few questions I was handed a tablet and told to sign a conditions of admission and consent for non-surgical outpatient care. One of the questions stated that I was given a copy of Notice of privacy practices. I told the associate who gave me the tablet that I was not given that notice. Then she snapped at me that “you have to sign this then I can print it out”. Clearly she has not read the consent as it does NOT address the facility’s notice of privacy practices nor does it provide the notice of patient’s rights and responsibilities. I told this person again that I didn’t see it in the pages that she wanted me to sign and she snatched it from me after saying “give it to me because I can’t see through it” and began swiping back to the beginning. Even though she didn’t raise her voice, I feel that she was very rude and needs to be retrained in customer service and in her job duties. There was no need to be unkind. Any other office I have visited has provided me a copy of both items when requested so I guess she was angered when I asked her for a copy. I will never go to Gulf Coast diagnostics again for any lab work! If anyone from this facility would like to reach out for more info, please feel free to call me as you have my contact number.

After dealing with the rudeness of the quest diagnostics and trying to figure out their login process we left and came here and what a relief of better customer service, better blood draw no poking atound. I will use this place for bloodwork all the time now. Stress free and convenient.

I had surgery yesterday my anesthesiast was perfect ! although my nurse in the beginning stuck me many times not knowing how to even do a iv " Kathy " was very new and did not need to be doing IVs at all ! I have bruising from her my anesthesiast had to step in and take control and redo the whole IV thankfully he knew she was really hurting me and only adding stress with a horrible IV not good for use and poking me anywhere she thought was good making my blood pressure go way up ! along with my doctor & after surgery my nurses were amazing justin and Taylor were so special and went out of their way great experience except for my first nurse who had no idea what she was doing hopefully nobody has to experience her and her painful Ivs over all very pleased !

Made an appointment for a mamo earlier this week. Gave ALL the information to the scheduler. Had someone else call me from their center asking for the SAME information that was given. Gave them the name of the last center that did my mamo and she goes " can you look up their number for me" NO I will NOT do your job for you. You look it up, YOU do YOUR job. For a healthcare provider your employees laziness is astounding.

I had my brain tumor surgery here on August 19th. Everyone here is very good and supportive I would tell anybody to come here for surgery are inpatient therapy to like a little family here.

I was in rehab for I'd say a month due to worsening mobility with my hip and my physical therapist Brooke W got me up and walking around in such a quick and thorough manner. Love her to death and I appreciate her help more than she'll ever know. If you ever want a good physical therapist, ask for Brooke W!!!!!!
