A visit to this location couldn’t have been more different than the other Ascension Sacred Heart labs to which I’ve been. I was already in the hospital and took the opportunity to get some lab-work taken care of while there.
I had contact with 3 people in the check- in/ registration area. Every single one was rude, incompetent or dismissive. I was not asking questions or being troublesome - just waiting my turn.
The one saving grace was the phlebotomist. She was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.

Man who answered at MRI scheduling was rude & very difficult to understand. He told me the mri nurse would call me back. It's been 4 days! I'm in agony, why employ people who lie & don't care about patients

I went for a biopsy on my thyroid Monday the Aug 26th. Front desk where I checked in was super nice and helpful. The nurses and doctor was very nice, informative and put my mind at ease.

What a start of my memorial wkend! I was outside the diagnostic center Saturday early about 6:15 am they open at 6:30.. there was a check in section outside to do the paperwork but not anymore.. i noticed a bar-like section decorated with nautical stuff around it.. I thought they put a coffee bar inside. There was someone inside I noticed, when i got there 1st. She got out and came back in - with no words that the checkin section have been moved! So came past 6:30 am, i noticed the green light on the security pad, open the door, walked in front of all the booth in the front waiting area. No one on the booths were around. I noticed 2 and another one have joined in the assumed coffee bar talking. So I assumed they were training someone else for a job. I sat 5 mins have passed, i got up and checked if anyone was available to help. Again, noone was there got back to seat and one if them from the bar asked “you need anything? And it turns out that the bar is the check in are that they moved! Oh i said I thought this is a coffee bar Had someone said something earlier and even said good morning, we’ll be with you to help or this is the new check in corner now when someone comes in to let customers know, NOTHING! And I'm the one who is Rude?! Because the new recruit said i didn’t say “good morning”?!. I said, you’re suppose to do that to the customer! What a place to be early in the morning, expecting service and you get treated like this! Very unprofessional, rude, and no respect AT ALL!

Monday my husband and I went to have his MRI that we have been working hard to get. Frank filled out the registration info requested the day before. We arrive at 3 for his 4 appointment. At front desk he was told they could not do his MRI because they did not have his needed info on pacemaker. Why did they not let him know. He is not well and I feel Sacred Heart could care less. We were told someone would call have not heard from anyone. He had a problem several years ago and only got help on his third visit. So

We arrived 45 minutes early and stood online to check in finally another woman showed up and got in the phone and the other man left and by the time we got up front to check in my son was ten minutes late for his appointment we were told we had to reschedule in two weeks for my sons MRI with no apologies after we drove an hour to get there and had already waited a month for them to schedule because they kept saying they hadn’t reviewed his referral after dr faced repeatedly. Avoid if at all possible

My doctor ordered me a STAT arterial ultrasound , sacred heart could not schedule the ultrasound till after the surgery.
I found this place called Pensacola Open MRI to do my ultrasound and they scheduled me for the next day.
Sacred heart has lost some points with me 💔.

I went in for an ultrasound and from the start the nurse was incredibly rude. She even stated » why did you wait this long to see someone if you were in pain » when I mentioned how long it had been bothering me. It was uncalled for and put shame on me for waiting. A nurse is not only supposed to provide care but to protect the dignity of the clients they interact with. I understand the field is short staffed but is not an excuse to not provide basic care.
