The receptionist wasn't very friendly. She made you feel more like an inconvenience in her day than a customer who pays her salary. The gentleman who performed the scan was okay but didn't portray someone with confidence. It's now a month later and I have yet to receive the results of my scan. The doctor has made several requests but nothing. God forbid you have something wrong and wait many weeks to learn about it. Attention all attorneys - watch this place and you will probably find a pot of gold in malpractice lawsuits. It must be time to dispute my credit card. I continue to wait ...in my coffin.

Go somewhere else and don't waist your time! Extremely disappointing experience. This place continuously reschedules appointments, building up your hopes only to cancel again. For me, after six attempts, I still didn't get in. The excuses changed every time—first, the MRI machine needed a reboot, then another reboot, followed by maintenance, then the weather, ordering a part, and finally, they claimed the entire machine needed to be rebuilt. If that were the case, why even take appointments? It makes no sense. Had I known it would be such a recurring issue, I would have gone elsewhere from the start.

Just had a CT Scan with and without contrast. First time going here. Everyone is very nice. The man/I am bad with remembering names but he was the one that took care of me while having what I needed done. Very polite. This place makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Karissa in the ultrasound dept. is the best UT I have ever, ever, ever had! So sweet, knowledgeable, and friendly. I really enjoyed having her do my procedure. Highly recommend her. Also, the gentleman who does the x-rays is always super friendly to my children. 🙂 Usually, can go and get seen same day. I recommend this facility.

Honestly. Very, very poor front desk, professionalism when speaking to them on the phone you completely feel like you're an issue and you're a problem to them and that you're an inconvenience when trying to move around my doctors appointments and trying to figure out my schedule when I can schedule an appointment with them The front desk person I spoke to kept huffing and sighing, as if she didn't care and as if I was a problem to her, made me really feel not good about myself and not want to go into the office, but unfortunately, I have to go because I have nowhere else to go. I'm going through a hard enough time with trying to figure out what's wrong with me and my issues on whether or not I have a functioning thyroid and or thyroid cancer. It's been a really rough time dealing with this. you're supposed to feel safe and cared for an office. You're not supposed to feel like an inconvenience or burden.

Appointment made. Desk clerk called to confirm at 730 am, appointment is at 830. Get there at 815. Sit in the lobby until 855. Called back and questioned why I'm here. Mind you I have a VA referral from neurologist Dr. Jacobs. I'm thinking that I am going to be seen but within the same breathe of being questioned I am told that it would be 10 more minutes for maintenance on a machine, then it changed to 20 minutes or more. Confused on why my appointment was made at that time and why I was called to the back to be told I have to wait on maintenance. 10 minutes turned into 20 min or reschedule I am told. Also told to go sit in the lobby. This was a weird experience just by the way it was done, as if I'm supposed to spend my day there. I especially didn't feel comfortable going under the MRI machine directly after maintenance on it. Again just a weird vibe.

I had a first visit at this practice and was VERY pleased. The young lady, Kaydence who checked me in was very nice and the rest of the ladies in the front are very pleasant. Mellisa, the technician was beyond my expectations for my ultrasound. I had one prior years ago. She explained everything I needed to know, asked if I was comfortable multiple times and always let me know what she was going to do. She was super friendly and very thorough, not rushing through the procedure. I would highly recommend her. She is highly qualified in the position she holds. Thanks Mellisa!

Literally the worst place!!! If you need mri or x-ray please go anywhere else! They took a week to schedule me on a stat order and several call from my Dr. Not only did the office lose my faxed over paperwork 3 times and then not have it all together on arrival. I had informed the front desk I needed both mri and xray when I got there. After the mri was done I was informed the xray tech had gone home for the day and I would have to return the next day to do X-rays. It’s an hrs drive just for me to get to this facility. I’d give this place 0/5 if it were possible. Also the office manager seems to be MIA to handle any of these issues and refuses to respond to emails from my Dr.
