The technicians were excellent at making me as comfortable as possible. This was my first sleep study, and they were good at explaining everything they were doing. The bed was comfortable. A few things kept me from falling asleep. I had some problems with the leads coming off which caused some issues. The room was hot (that may have just been me), and the blinking light from the camera kept bothering me. Overall, I highly recommend the center and technicians, just not the procedure itself 😂.

The technician I had was amazing. She made me feel comfortable being there and kept me informed step by step. And it was just like staying at hotel but with wires hooked up to me.

I regret having to submit a negative review.. This review in no way applies to the technicians. They were knowledgable, friendly, and most concerned with my comfort. They are five star staff.
I am reviewing the facilities. The room I was assigned had an adjustable bed that didn't adjust.For someone with a history of reflux, I never sleep flat. The techs provided extra pillows to help raise my head. The techs tried to find a fix for the bed but
couldn't without crawling underneath the bed. When hooking up the electrodes, several didn't work so the technician spent so much time trying to find replacement cords. During the sleep study, the tech came into my room more than once to replace monitoring cords that stopped working. I am so sorry for the techs having to waste so much time and effort to get equipment to work.
This was not my first sleep study but I would have to say this one did not go smoothly. I have no idea if or how the faulty equipment may have affected the sleep study results. This was otherwise a nice facility.

I had an all night and all day study.
Positives: (1) The people were very nice and helpful. They told me what they were doing and why. They won't tell you anything about test results. (2) The bed was adjustable so that helped alot.
Negatives: ĺ1) I was freezing and had them bring me another blanket. For the day studies I asked the man that was my tester if he could raise the temperature in my room. The thermostat cover was locked so he found a small area heater and put it in my room and that helped some but I was still cold. (2) There was no comfortable chair in the room and I was in there from when they woke me up at 5:15am until 4:15 in the afternoon. (2) The sink in the bathroom was just a sink with sloped edges and no where to sit anything making it difficult to remove and put in my contacts and take my pills. Luckily I brought my own cup.
Overall it was not a bad experience.

Kaleb was great. The place was comfortable & like a bedroom. They have an adjustable bed which I sleep on at home so that was great. As for the process my only complaint was the amount of EEG paste they left in my hair. I’ve had studies at other places & they remove all the paste they can & this morning they just removed the electrodes. Overall a great experience & would use them again.

From being greeted to when I first got there, to the technician who made me feel comfortable and safe. To them helping me alleviate some of the issues I was having during the test. Everything was very well done and enjoyable. I highly recommend this facility if you do need to go for a sleep test. Everything was very professional, courteous and welcoming.

My sleep study was a very pleasant experience with Texas Medical Diagnostic in Mesquite. I did not know what to expect. When I first walked in there was no one to greet me and I was a little uncomfortable. Mercy was the technician that night and was briefly with another patient. I waited a few minutes and when Mercy came and called me back her sweet smile and personality instantly put me at ease. She was very professional but also so sweet and kind. In spite of the wires attached to me I had a very good night’s sleep. Thank you Mercy. I would highly recommend having your sleep study done at this facility.

They'll take your money and tell you have sleep apnea but not give you the machine or let you buy the machine because they don't know how to communicate with the other company that you took a test with all just a big scam been waiting over a year for my machine now
