I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dhir. He came across as uninterested, and one of the nurses made an unprofessional comment. After my tests, I was told the results would take 2–3 days, but two weeks passed with no updates. I had to repeatedly call their office before finally getting a telehealth appointment to hear my results. To add insult to injury, I was charged the full in-person appointment fee for this call, despite their failure to communicate the results in a timely manner. The focus here seems to be more on profit than patient care.

My first visit. Great all around experience. Very quick and efficient from checkin, appointment time, pre test nurse, doctor session to exit and referrals. Dr. Robert Dhir took time to explain all aspects of my visit and answered any and all questions. I would highly recommend this doctor, staff and location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Dhir made sure I understood the importance of having an immediate appointment. My appointment was two business days later. Upon my arrival, my wife and I met with the doctor.
Dr Dhir explained my diagnosis. He also recommended a course of treatment. He made sure my Center downtown. When I called, they had my info. It was very easy to get an appointment to see the leading oncology urologist. My appointment is in 21 days.
I have very happy for Dr Dhir’s professionalism and curtesy. I strongly recommend him.

Took months for an appointment. Doctor didn’t stay in the room and didn’t seem to pay any attention to what I was saying. I had a test taken and medication was called in that I am allergic to. The allergy was listed on documents and discussed with the doctor. I was unable to reach anyone at the office had to have primary care contact them. The person speaking said they saw on the documents I was allergic but doctor want in someone would call me. Unbelievable!

Husband had a urine sample done for $300 dollars and was told that results would come back in 4 days. It was 2 weeks still with no call or results. Husband called just to find out that the lab declined urine samples for that day? Make that make sense. A call to let us know would have been great before we MOVED to Colorado 3 weeks later. Oh and NO REFUND? Just to pee in a cup and see a doctor for less than 5 minutes. Ridiculous. Do not recommend AT ALL.

My husband saw Dr Dhir today for kidney stones. The staff was kind and efficient. Dr Dhir was super. Very knowledgeable and quickly ordered test. He explained everything. I would recommend Dr Dhir.

The doctor and staff were efficient and on time. The only criticism I have is that my pharmacy changed, and I had included that change in my paperwork as well as verbally reminding them. They still sent the script to the wrong pharmacy. It wasn't a big deal since everything else went so smoothly.
