Wow! Mammogram was quick and easy. In and out in 15 minutes, including check-in, changing into a WARM robe and images. Outstanding patient experience.

Worst medical facility experience yet! I can deal with delays and understand that things happen. What I can’t deal with if your telling me there is an hour delay but really it’s a 3 hour delay!!! My appointment for an MRI was at 1345 they said it’s an hour behind. At 1445 they said another 40 minutes at 1530 I became irritated and asked again. They said another 45 minutes. I took my IV out and left and I won’t return. MD Andersson do better please!

I had a late, 7pm, appointment on a Friday. I’m usually early for everything and arrived at 6pm.

Staff was awesome and entertaining. I got to the machine by 6:30pm.

I had to have 2 MRI’s. Cervical spine and left shoulder. I’ve had a few MRI’s and the experience isn’t pleasant - laying perfectly still for from 9 min to 30 min.

Mark, the technician on duty, was precise and efficient and we sailed through both MRI’s.

I was on my way home by 7:30pm.

Definitely recommend.

I went with a cousin of mine. The people were extremely nice. The place was very clean and you do have to wear a mask but it's probably to protect the patients that are sick or doing treatments

Place is very nice and clean. The employees are friendly. Blake is one employee that stood out the most. People like him is what makes us patients more comfortable . I don't wait long to be seen. Keep up the great work!

As soon as you walk-in you are greeted with positivity. Professional staff that makes you feel very comfortable during your whole visit.
