I went to visit Dr. Kourtney Clark at Diagnostic Services of Houston and she was wonderful! She spent a lot of time with me and obviously cared about helping me. She will be my go-to doctor when I need to update my hearing aids. I have had hearing aids for a long time. At my recent visit to my PREVIOUS audiologist, she seemed uninterested in me to the point where I thought that she must hate her job. She had changed my programs to a point where there so much feedback and overwhelming background noise that I thought I would go insane. After my visit to Dr. Clark, life is so much better now.

Dr. Kourtney Clark is an expert audiologist--competent, compassionate, and cares about people. She is attentive, detail-oriented, patient, and persistent. Dr. Clarke is a problem-solver in her profession. When all these qualities are combined, after your visit her office, you will hear well, comfortably, and, with the configuration of the app, be in control of the volume, sensitivity, and direction of the room you want to focus on.

Initially, I was impressed by the professionalism in the office. Dr. Clarke goes beyond to be certain her patients/clients understand all aspects of their new friends--hearing devices. Her fitting abilities excel. Because of other conditions, I was difficult. She overcame every obstacle, one by one.

Dr. Clarke is an "anchor" type of person, whether it is a question, new wiring, new covers, pairing, charging, etc. she is the anchor through which the problem will be solved. She is constantly upbeat and reassuring because she is confident in her expertise and knowledge. Dr. Clarke is the go-to doctor in her field.
In today’s world, many self-proclaimed experts are not. Dr. Kourtney Clark is the real deal. How refreshing!
In summary, if you want the best, this is the office to visit. Cannot recommend highly enough.
