Robbie has been so kind and so compassionate with me. I have struggled with finding a doctor to listen to me and truly care about what I’m struggling with and Robbie made me feel so comfortable and seen. I highly recommend her and highly recommend this office. The staff have been nothing but kind and consistent to helping with prescriptions and any questions. I haven’t felt incompetent or invaluable once by this staff. My husband is treated here as well as my mother now and they are truly so caring and want to help their patients!

I went there to have my throat and ear looked at. The NP said it was drainage and that my ear was okay. She said to take allergy medicine. I was in pain and feeling miserable. I went to an urgent care shortly after my appointment and found out I have tonsillitis and an ear infection. I was very displeased with my visit at BADM. I left a voicemail for the office manager and didn’t hear anything back from her.

Emily and Kendra are beyond superb! My son and my nephew see Dr. Robert Valentine in this office for excellent care. No matter the need Emily and Kendra are spot on in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Wonderful communicators and all three including Dr. Valentine make us feel like family. It is rare the service in these days of self absorption to work with a medical team that go out of their way to give relief and solutions! Great Job Emily and Kendra for answering the phone at times "after hours" going above and beyond every single time to assure that both my son and nephew are taken good care of. I've been going to BA Diagnostics for several years now and have had a good experience. Dr. Jacob is quick to answer messages, tries to do the best for you as a patient and I feel like he listens well. He is never rushed and takes time for you at your visit. Sometimes, you do have to wait awhile, but it's worth waiting on, in my opinion. I have a few health issues and I feel like he is able to address them well and I feel like I am in great hands. All of the staff are friendly and helpful also.
