Second time here in 2 weeks. Both times waited greater than 30 minutes to be seen, they were running 20-30 minutes past my appointment time, plus the 15 minutes you “must” arrive early for…. Once I was taken back I was left in a waiting room for another 45 + minutes for an imaging room to open. Whats the point of making an appointment?

I did speak to the Clinic Ops Director, Anna while I was waiting. She was apologetic and very helpful in speeding up process after I had already been waiting. But I’m leaving my review up because this happened to me twice.

Lost Money

Service was fine when I went in for an X ray, but I'm now being harassed by a collection agency even though I paid my bill in full weeks earlier. Tried to call Diagnostic Imaging multiple times, but the hold times are absurd to get through to billing department and their voice mail won't accept any more messages. Sounds like maybe I'm not the only one with this problem. Avoid them!

I'm extremely disappointed after showing up at 7 am to be told that the order wasn't correct from my doctor. I made the appointment a month ago and no one could bother to ask that when I made the appointment or checked in online or any other point? The kicker is that my doctor says the order was correct. i.e. There was no reason they shouldn't have done my imaging today. Instead, I now have to wait 1.5 months to be seen. When a patient's diagnosis can be delayed a month or more because of their lack of process, I would highly recommend visiting a different facility.

Absolutely awful experience. Tried scheduling online as I had a dr referral for this place. I was unable to make my appointment online bc my dr was not showing up in the selection box. Drove half an hour to do a walk in and signed in at 5:24. There was a sign saying they do not accept appointments 30 minutes prior to closing, but since they closed at 6, I thought I was fine. Was not helped/addressed until 5:49 at which point I was told it was too late to be seen. I would try to avoid this place at all costs.

I had an appointment for 2 MRIs on the books with them for a month. They sent me several text reminders of my appointment up until the day before my appointment. I take off work, find child care and go to my appointment only to be told that my insurance authorization is “pending”. They said they would reschedule me. Why was I not called prior to my appointment time? One of the ladies at the desk even said “oh yeah, I was going to call her”. Guess no one could pick up the phone and do that. I would have called my insurance company to help get this done. So I left and called my insurance company immediately. Diagnostic Imagining had only submitted for my authorization 2 DAYS prior to my appointment, even though my appointment was made a month ago. So, it was totally DI’s fault. They offered no assistance, were rude and when I did call to speak with someone higher up at the clinic, I was passed around several times until someone simply put me in a random general voice mail box. I came here for mammograms and other imaging for years, but I will now be going to a different facility. Very disappointing.

I had a mammogram and ultrasound done, having to do so every 6 months to monitor a lump so this is my 2nd time and I will need another one in 6 months. Of course my insurance pushes the cost to me (thanks Obama), so my bill is 398.00 I paid the first time making payments, did the same this round. September I mailed in 100.00, in October sent 98.00 I wrote on my statement that I will send 10000 in November and in December. . Now they sent me to collections with no phone call. I can see if I haven’t sent in payment. Shame on you! I will not be returning!

I would never recommend this facility and I am a healthcare provider. I had a routine screening mammogram scheduled here a week ago and I waited a full hour from my appointment time to when I actually was done. I told the staff that I had to get my child to an appointment. My mammogram wasn't normal and additional imaging was needed. I was unable to stay and do it at that time due to the long wait and another appointment. I was told to just reschedule and it would be covered. I did exactly that. I went in today for the scheduled sonogram and the registration told me there was no order. Staff last week said a new order was not needed as this was the follow up to my mammogram. But, there were in fact orders in there that my doctor had previously sent. I could see them right in my patient portal. The lady at the desk said, oh I see it now. Then the tech called me and in front of the whole waiting room, she lashed out at me saying I would need a new order. I asked her to let me explain and she kept talking and said, "no, you let me talk and then you can talk." I was appalled. She would not listen. She was extremely hateful and rude. As a healthcare provider, I am appalled at how healthcare workers are treating patients these days. Preventative care should be championed. This is a business only. Patient care is the last priority. I have an abnormal imaging and will now have delayed diagnosis again because I went somewhere else to schedule. I am a patient advocate. I will not be quiet when I see patients unjustly mistreated. This was all on their fault. Full hour wait for a scheduled mammogram, rescheduled a week later, orders were there, very rude unprofessional staff.
I don't do patient care like this. Put yourselves in the shoes of the patient.
Then, I called 3 times on my way home to speak with a patient advocate about my experience and I was literally hung up on every time after I was told they would send me to them.
It was awful.
I see all the other reviews below that have issues, and the same copied response is on each complaint. That speaks volumes as well.
Avoid this facility. There are others who actually want to care for patients and treat them respectfully.
