Yuvia Herrera is a phenomenal provider. She is attentive, caring, and willing to listen to your needs; accompanied by vast medical knowledge and a proper understanding of each individuals necessary medications. She thoroughly explains the risks of each medication and the necessity of carefully moving up in dosage.

I scheduled an appointment weeks ahead of time. When I scheduled the appointment, the girl told me to fill out the patient registration form online, which I found on the website. I got my appointment reminders in my email just fine but nothing else. The day of my appointment, a guy left me a voicemail to let me know my initial paperwork wasn’t completed and if I didn’t complete it, my appointment would be rescheduled. I tried to find any other forms than what I had already filled out and couldn’t find anything additional on the website and again NOT in any part of my email. He stated to call him back. Tried to call him RIGHT back(as I was dropping my kids off and didn’t have my phone on me) and got the offices voicemail because the phones weren’t on yet until 8:30. So when I finally got through to someone well after their phone lines were SUPPOSED to be on, she told me I could still go to my appointment, as I was right down the street and stated I could complete them at the office. Verified my email which was correct. So someone in the office dropped the ball on that one. But when I arrived(before my appointment time), after telling them I could not call them back and the girl on the phone told me to still come in, the guy told me I’d have to reschedule my appointment WITHOUT even offering for me to get them filled out right there. This was at the fault of someone in the office and I should have still been seen. Super unprofessional. Do not ask me to call you back when your phone lines don’t allow it. Do not tell someone to still arrive at their appointment and can fill the papers out there if they can’t. Do not forget to send your patients the appropriate paperwork that is needed before their appointment. Do not underestimate a patients ability to fill necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

WOW! FANTASTIC STAFF! Everything was above standard from setting the appointment until walking out the door after my visit and everything in between far exceeded my expectations. The staff made me feel like a human being and I left knowing exactly what I needed to do and am so happy to have found 2nd Chances! If every doctors office could be like this we'd have a lot healthier people in the US that's for sure. Thank you SC for giving me a 2nd chance at living my life. I Will definitely be referring family & friends & anyone in need of a Dr with empathy and compassion. Wish I could give 100 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?✳️

Robert Wallen is an excellent psychiatric health nurse practitioner certified. He listens to the patient. He’s very very patient when we talk and most of all there’s no judgment coming from him on any situation that we talk about he’s wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a counselor.

My prior doctor tried to change up my regiment because she wasn’t a fan of Adderall, which at first, I was open to. After a few different tries, I realized I wanted to just go back to what I was on. She didn’t want me back on my original regiment because she thought it was too much. However, I’ve been on this same dosage for 5-6 years now. Someone recommended 2nd chance and an employee recommended Dr. Espinoza. Dr. Espinoza was polite and a great listener. She explained to me how we’d get me back on my original regiment and out me at ease. I made the right choice. I am excited to see her again.

Dr. Grabner was tremendous as always. He is genuine, caring, and I always feel like he truly has my best interests in mind. I can’t say enough good things about the care he provides. He is an excellent doctor, and I would recommend him to any family member or close friend.

My experience with Fernando was fabulous! The front desk & billing, exact opposite. I was charged for an appointment I cancelled PRIOR to the appointment even happening, and without my consent. I have called over 3 times, each time placed on hold with the billing department for extensive periods. I’ve sent over 6 or 7 messages to my patient portal and of course, I never got a response. Extremely unprofessional front desk/office staff.

Great service..No judgement whatsoever. Very discreet and resourceful towards whatever treatment it is you’re looking for. The name itself speaks for the quality service they provide to everybody looking to recover their purpose in these treatments. Highly recommend if you are struggling with something.
