Kept item for 3 weeks, no communication at all. After week 1, went in and advised that they ordered the wrong battery. Week 2 went in and advised that they would contact. Week 3 just picked up item. No communication at all. Used this store multiple times prior. Not sure why they lacked effort this time.

My technician Chris was an awesome technician. He was very helpful and was easy to explain how the process would work. Did not take very long. I totally understood if it took longer than it did cuz these are sensitive technical devices. He's very passionate and very skillful and I would recommend their services again, especially Chris

I recently had my Samsung Galaxy Flip5 repaired at uBreakiFix in Fresno, CA after the screen was cracked. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:

Pros:
Quality of Repair: The screen repair was well done. After the fix, my phone was working perfectly, and the screen looked as good as new.

Staff Expertise: The technicians seemed knowledgeable and capable of handling the repair efficiently.

Cons:
Appointment Management: I scheduled an appointment for 10 AM, but was told upon arrival that appointments didn’t really matter. This was quite disappointing as I had arranged my day around this time slot.

Wait Time: Despite my appointment, it took them 5 hours to complete the repair. This was much longer than I expected and significantly disrupted my plans. Since I was told over the phone that this was going to be 1-2 hour repair job.

Overall Experience:
While the quality of the repair was satisfactory, the lack of adherence to scheduled appointments and the long wait time were notable downsides. If you need a reliable repair, uBreakiFix can deliver, but be prepared for potential delays regardless of your appointment time.

Michael was very personable and professional. He provided a courtesy text about the impending service, time frames, etc and was very prompt in responding to my text. The service was completed efficiently and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend using the mobile service for repairs while you wait in the comfort of your own home or office.
