Absolutely amazing customer service. We have had a mobile generator that we purchased from them a few years back that is sturdy, gives reliably good images on a wide variety of species (snakes, turtles, hoof stock, large / small mammals, etc.). The software is easy to use, but the one or two user errors that I have run across as an operator over the years, have been cleared up easily by their extremely helpful and kind technicians. Specifically, Timothy West who did a fantastic job helping me troubleshoot settings for a few of our more challenging patients (again, user error only). Can't recommend this company enough!

These guys have been great to work with and go above and beyond to make sure everything is working flawlessly! The generator is little heavy but we knew that going in. The software has been very user friendly and if you have problems they are able to address on site for most issues. We will definitely be customers for additional purchases in the future. Shout out to Tim West for always being available to talk during the small learning process.

I purchased my x-ray system from Diagnostic Imaging Systems three years ago and I am so happy that I chose Diagnostic Imaging Systems. As an equine practitioner I needed a good, reliable portable system and as a technology challenged person I needed a good, reliable support/customer service and I received both with Diagnostic Imaging Systems. Terrific customer service! I am an ambulatory equine vet my ~1 year old generator was damaged at a clients barn (not the generator’s fault) and we were able to get a loaner generator quickly and have our machine fixed and returned in about a week. Every person I talked to on the phone knew what was going on and had a great attitude. I had a very pleasant experience for what could have been a stressful ordeal. Thank you!

The radiographs are great but the very best part of this business is the service. They are available and user friendly when I have a problem. TIm even drove to my house to fix an issue.

I want to thank you and the folks at Diagnostic Imaging Systems, Inc. for setting me up with a fine digital imaging system in 2022. The DR Wizard 2.0 has met all my needs at the Thompson Creek Animal Hospital in Dawsonville, Georgia. Being an older gentleman, I was one of those last holdouts with the old radiographic systems of yesteryear. My apprehension about converting the technology was not well-founded, and I have had little trouble switching over to the digital system. I am especially pleased that my X-ray equipment did not have to be completely replaced. My X-ray generator, also from Diagnostic Imaging Systems, was not that old and fit perfectly into the digital format. Plus I now can radiograph the largest of dogs with ease, where previously I had problems getting any good images on dogs over 50 pounds. Yes, I am extremely satisfied with my investment in the DR Wizard 2.0. I am also happy with the support I have received from you, Mr. West, ever since I purchased my equipment. You have been available quickly and most helpful resolving any issues I have had, which have been few. Thank you for a fine product and for your expert support.
