Excellent experience every time at my appointments. Staff is friendly and make me feel comfortable! Dr. Oware is so awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. He explains everything thoroughly! He is second to none! I love going there!

This was my first visit to a pediatrist, and it was a very good experience. The check in was smooth and easy. The young ladies at the desk were both friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very shortly after my arrival I was taken back to the exam room by the nurse. A brief time later I was seen by the doctor which was impressive not to wait another 15-20 minutes. Dr. Murray was great. He was very nice and wasted no time taking care of my need. He explained what he was doing, what I had and why, and what would happened as I heal. He was also very personable and didn’t make me feel like a number off his list for the day! Another bonus was I was in and out, and able to grab lunch before returning to work. So great first time experience.

If I could, I would leave minus stars for this practice for their lack of urgency when I requested practice manager to call me. The doctor herself also assured me I’d receive a call.

Sometimes we need the help so we find practices that have educated professionals that we truly need to be seen by. However their advisory and reputation gets overshadowed by the terrible customer service provided by the front stuff who only looks at their clock while working.

I have a bigger team than the reviews that are accumulated here. I can easily provide reviews here and drag the stars down to 2 here. But I’m offering you all a peace offering and allowing the right person to read this and contact me to resolve the issues I have faced at this TERRIBLE practice.

Should I be contacted, this post will be removed but until then whoever is researching to see a podiatrist or need to see a specialist please go research a different facility. This is not IT.
