Our family has been coming since 2012! From the moment we decided this would be our pediatrician’s office we have been thrilled with the care we have received. We recently switched to healthy roots after having an unpleasant experience with our last pediatrician. They were great about getting us in as new patients and everyone we have spoken with on the phone and in the office has been so nice and helpful. We saw Dr.Pemberton and her presence was calm and pleasant which was a welcomed change from who we saw previously. She spent time explaining the office to us and what to except with our 6 month old. She was informative and even gave us a tour of the office after our visit! So happy we found this office they are a breath of fresh air in a field where it doesn’t always feel like the patient matters.

I love the place… very friendly environment and the nurses know what they are doing. The greetings of the front desk staff is very friendly. Makes your kids feel at home. The best part is very close to my home. Not even 5 mins away. AMAZING….!!!! And the doctors are amazing and concerned about your child’s health.

A great Pediatric Medical office!!! We have been taking our children here for years. The newly renovated practice has a great vibe. The Provider's, Nurses, and office staff are all friendly, personable, accommodating, and listen to parents concerns. They really care about their patients and it shows. I highly recommend this practice to parents and future parents!!!!

We’ve been seeing providers at Healthy Roots since my son was born 4 years ago and my daughter (born earlier this year) also sees providers here. We chose Healthy Roots at the suggestion of a friend and are so happy we did! The team is fantastic (we love Dr. Mark and Dr. Jessica!). They are thorough and super responsive whenever we’ve called. We’ve had a few minor emergencies where our kids ended up in the ER recently and the office follows-up every time. Their office staff is kind and helpful, we always feel so welcome when we come in. I never feel rushed through appointments and it always feels like the providers are really listening and care about your questions and concerns. We can’t recommend the pediatricians here enough!

I’ve been taking my kids to this practice for 17 years, starting with my oldest, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. The team is always attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about each child’s well-being. If adult healthcare were handled the way this office treats pediatric care, we’d have a much better system overall. I completely trust their advice because they’re knowledgeable, professional, and truly compassionate. Dr. Pemberton, Mark, Dr. Bailey, and Dr. Bush, as well as Maureen before they retired, have all been favorites over the years.

It’s also super convenient—I can always get appointments when needed, and they’re incredibly prompt with forms or anything else we require. They’ve even helped refer us to specialists when necessary, which has been a huge relief. Consider yourself lucky if your child is able to become an established patient here. I highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for exceptional pediatric care.

We couldn’t be happier with this group over the last 8 years and many more to come! They are always available for sick visits, questions, quick to refill medications, and we never have to wait for extended periods of time. We adore Mark who shows such compassion for our kids and is amazing at what he does!
