My daughter is a multisport high level athlete. When she was injured during a basketball game, I was a bit frantic and I wasn't sure where to take her. Right when I walked in I was made to feel more calm. Jeremy and Kelsey attended to my daughter right when she walked in. They were so professional and friendly, which was awesome since we were concerned about the seriousness of her injury. I loved the convenience of having x-rays on site. Unfortunately my daughter did have a fracture, but Nayeli delivered the news in a very compassionate manner, along with a since confirmed timeline of her return to athletics. I will not go any where else for our urgent care needs. Everyone we encountered was professional, kind, and most important good at what they do! THANK YOU!

Highly recommend! When I walked in, Alexa was super friendly and had me back in the room immediately. Jeremy was quick and efficient. Dr Julian was great, he was thorough and didn’t make me feel like he was rushing me out. I will be back as I had a great experience and was in and out so quickly.

Had the best experience at this urgent care. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Jeremy helped me with an easy check in and with some insurance things. Alexa took my vitals and symptoms efficiently. The PA Susan was very friendly and explained everything clearly.

My experience here was amazing. The techs that helped me, Alexa and Elyssia, were so nice and so accommodating, even offering me a bottled water which I’ve never experienced at an urgent care! Tara was my provider and she was absolutely phenomenal. She sat down and explained every detail of what was going on with me, fielding my every question (no matter how naïve my questions likely were). I felt listened to, cared for and valued. The cherry on top was that the whole visit took less than an hour!
I’d say the reason I’ll only be coming here in the future is how sincere and how kind Alexa, Elyssia, and Tara were. I truly appreciate it, and I’d give more stars if I could 😉

First visit to this place and my last. Referred there by the eye surgery center. No one said need to fast before hand so blood sugar was too high. Was told to fast and return following day. Show up and told now I’m going to be charged for the visit. Why was I told to return and never told I’ll be charged? Avoid this place, they’re clueless.

This place sets a new standard for urgent clinics. I wish all urgent clinics operated like this one. My visit was thorough and lasted only 30 minutes. I walked in and the check-in process took five minutes. The techs: Alexa and Jeremy were pleasant and relaxed and proceeded quickly. Jeremy took me into the exam room, asked questions about my symptoms, and had my flu and Covid tests done and vitals checked. Physician Assistant Susan O. walked in and called me by my first name. She asked questions, listened, examined me, explained my symptoms, and provided results of my tests. She also gave me a sheet and explained how to proceed with my care. This was the second time I had been to the Next Level Urgent Care. The first time was six weeks prior when my daughter had an ingrown nail. There were different techs then and they were also very pleasant and quick and knew precisely what they needed to do. PA Julian was caring and had a lot of expertise in urgent triage. He pulled out my daughter’s nail with care, after checking her foot and thumb to ensure the numbing meds worked and she did not feel any pain. He took great care in removing the nail and took time to ensure the nail growth would not return. He did this while attending to other patients who came around the same time. Our family will be going back to this place next time we need urgent care. These teams deserve a perfect score.
