I have always chosen Baptist for my imaging because they don't keep me waiting but this last time, it took a lot longer. First I had mammogram which was quick but was left waiting over 40 minutes to have ultrasound done. They had called wanting to reschedule stating they were no longer going to schedule 2 tests back to back. I was going to reschedule both but they told me they would honor the appointments I already had since it took over a month to get but it seemed like they were over booked and that caused a longer wait time. All in all, I'm pleased with Baptist and hope to continue there in the future.

My appointment was for 9:30am at the miami lake location ,they told me few times that I need to be there at 9:15am ( 15 min early). I Got there at 8;55 . The front desk lady said with an altitude that if I know my appointment was for 9;30, meaning that I was there way too early. And at the end they called me late for my ultrasound.
I am really honest, I never had any problems with Baptist. And I will keep doing all my medical test at this place, but Baptist management has to train the front desk staff to be Profesional and dont be very rude with they patients.

Held up in traffic on the day of my imaging. Arrived late due to a difficult commute. The imaging tech took me in and got the scans done. This put him behind, but he got the work done and saved my day. I would not have had the time to reschedule in a timely manner. Your tech didn’t need to do any of this for me…but he did. My gratitude is for his professionalism and kindness. He put his patient first (me) and , although this is what one might expect, he didn’t need to do this and it doesn’t occur as often as you would think. The easiest thing for him to do was to reschedule me, but the tech did not do that. He did the right thing for me.
I traveled 100 miles to get to this appointment. I wanted to draw attention to this man and mention his integrity. I had 2 scans ordered , (CT urogram; pre and post contrast, and a chest CT). Both scans were completed. Thank you.

My experience today, 7/31/24, was wonderful at the Miami Lakes office. The service I received from Mirna L and Yamile S was SUPERB. I felt respected as they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedures. They even kept me informed about the delay when it came to the doctor reading the results(Great Hospitality). I had a Lumbar MRI on Saturday 12/28/2024 at your Miami Lakes Facility. The technician ‘s name was Michael. He was very attentive, patience, knowledge and profesional.
I live in West Kendall however if I need another MRI in the future I’ll request your Miami Lakes faculty with your same technician Michael so I can get excellent service and accurate results.
