I am very disturbed at the fact I had my twin boys and minor with me at my appointment and was told my sons stroller was to big it wouldn’t fit in the ultrasound room then was told I couldn’t leave the stroller in the hallway due to fire hazard. So my son sat in the lobby God know how long he was crying that my son as I’m coming out of the room I can hear screaming crying. I’m sorry but I will never use your place of business again. Then don’t make me sound stupid for asking can I carry him i don’t care it’s my child I’m gonna do whatever to make my child comfortable. With being told in the next area that I should of never brought my kids if I was concerned not everyone relies on a babysitter which in that case I don’t pond my kids off. And I will go elsewhere. And my son was cry and screaming when I came out the room I could hear him crying like it’s my child obviously I know how he is gonna act and anyways you wasn’t even at the window when I came back because there was some guy there so talk what you know and not what u don’t know.

I called them at 9:00 Am and I got a same day appointment for an ultrasound. I only stayed in the lobbyfor about 3 minutes and the ultrasound tech called me to the backroom . She was extremely professional, nice and amazing . I have no idea why people are leaving bad reviews. Please go see for yourself and have your own experience.

The lady that did my pregnancy ultrasound was extremely rough I started spotting the next day because of how rough she was.. I couldn't take any personal photos of ultrasound with my own phone.. Felt like a rushed inconvenience.. I will never go back..

My sister had an appointment last week at 3:30pm. This place was extremely unprofessional. They left her and her boyfriend in the waiting area for over a hour. They forgot they were there. So another appointment was scheduled for today (9/11/23) at 8 am. Technician Reggie was rude and unprofessional towards her. She barely tried to look at the ultrasound. She made a comment saying she couldn’t see the brain or any brain activity. NO TECH SHOULD EVER give out any kind of information like that or even make any comments!! It’s not allowed. When asked if the baby was okay she snapped “oh honey I wouldn’t been able to tell you that. They would have told you at your 20 week scan…. If you went”. RUDE and unprofessional!!!!! Why would you say there’s no brain activity and then snap back when questioned if the baby is okay? This women should be fired. She clearly has no idea how to be an ultrasound technician or have any bedside manners. I would like the name and number of the person in charge. Because this woman needs to be reported. Also I do believe a refund should be issued as well. For the way she was treated and the lack of care. Along with not fully conducting the ultrasound.

I don’t have the energy to elaborate on the issue but our x ray tech was very rude and condescending. Did not adequately explain procedures and expectations but got upset and rude when asked about an issue.

Front desk staff was professional and courteous.

Morning Walk in wait time was adequate.

My wife went to Florida Diagnostic Imaging for a mammogram. About a month before she had fallen in the living room and that triggered substantial pain in her back and side. Apprehensive about how they might treat her during the mammogram, she was wonderfully surprised at the tenderness and care they showed her before, during and after the test. Technician Toni was an angel. She listened to my wife's story, genuinely cared about her condition, and did the test with warmhearted professionalism. I highly recommend Florida Diagnostic Imaging. PS: My wife's mammogram came back clear, praise the Lord!

Very long wait! I was told my appointment was at 10:30am . I got there at 9:30am . Then I started to get impatient, the lady told me my appointment was at 11:00am. The lady who did my ultrasound was unprofessional seems like she really doesn't like her job.

If you’ve read any other rude reviews they are all accurate. I could not even be in the room to view the ultrasound of my first and was rudely told I can see pictures after..
They still follow guide-lines here (some don’t however lol ironically) so I just waited outside. I did come once before. The radiologist who did my x-rays is very nice, professional, and chill. A couple of the other staff is as well.
