They had some amazing & wonderful people working here today on (1/17/25 - 6pm). I took my autistic kiddo to be seen, since his doctors office was closed. It was our first time here. Everyone was so nice, patient and understanding with him. He was seen and treat all under an hour on a Friday night. Shout out all these lovely ladies here!!! Thank you so much!

Location is great! I have had to take my mother, as well as myself to MediQ Urgent Care for medical care, that was not considered an Emergency, and every incident, the staff was always very professional, as well as courteous. Wait time, has always been limited, meaning they get to you quicker than most competitors. Highly Recommend!

I've gone to this urgent care multiple times for myself, my husband, and our kids. They have always been quick but I've never felt rushed. They provide amazing service, from the front desk clerks to the nurses to the doctors. I've had a wonderful experience every time. They also follow up on how you're doing every time no matter how minor the situation was. Best urgent care facility I've been to. Definitely recommend!

I have been sick for 11 days and I FINALLY decided to come in. Unfortunately I couldn't come in until they were almost closed! (7:30pm). I was SO happy they treated me like I was the very first patient walking in the door! I know they were probably all tired and wanted to go home but EVERY one of them were so sweet and kind. The dr especially was so patient with me and explained everything to me (I have bronchitis).. I wish more dr.s offices had the kind of patient care this one does!! A HUGE thank you to the entire staff for making being sick a little easier. I will always return here! 🙂

We had an absolutely terrible experience today. We reserved a spot online but were able to get there early, but the front desk staff refused to check us in when we arrived and told us they would check us in at our reserved time. An hour later, and well after our reserved time, they finally checked us in. During the wait they checked in three other people who were all taken back and seen before we could even CHECK IN. When we finally got called back the doctor was incredibly dismissive and condescending. She informed me my daughter simply had a virus and would have to wait it out BEFORE even examining my daughter. (It turned out she had an infection and needed an antibiotic). She talked down to me as the parent the entire time and spoke to my 10 year old daughter as if she were 2. And then we were rushed out as quickly as possible because they were understaffed and behind schedule.

Called 911, EMTs and Ambulance came said take my wife to Urgent Care so went to this place. I walked in told woman my wife is in car and can't breathe can you help her and she said yes be about an hour and a half and I said, Hell she'll be dead by then and left. We wouldn't go back to this sorry ass place if we were dying! They acted like they could Care less if my wife lived or died. Nothing Urgent about this outfit. Do not go there! There's good Urgent Care facilities out there but this place is sorry. I can't think of enough bad things to say about MEDIQ Urgent Care on HWY 150 in Winston-Salem!

Went to this urgent care this morning at 9am with my sick child. No one in the waiting room. Was told it would be 12:30 before we could be seen because that was the “first walk-in appointment”…. Why does the sign offer walk in appointments if you are going to send someone away for 3 1/2 hours Went to another urgent care and was seen and out with a diagnosis!!!
