I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!
They charged me $450 for Diagnosing the vehicle!!!!
I was not asked for this prior to working on my vehicle, I was not told about this, and they charged my $58 for REPAIRING MY corroded ground cable, DID NOT EVEN CHANGE THE CABLE FOR $58.50!!!!
THIS IS INSANE!!!!
Diagnosing a vehicle costs $50 to $100 bucks Maximum and it should be DONE WITH ASKING FOR PERMISSION PRIOR, FROM THR CUSTOMER!!!
Worst Part is, the receptionist is explaining me $450 bucks is for Diagnosing the vehicle via a OBD PORT SCANNER and that they did my vehicle in priority otherwise they have been waiting for 2 weeks!!!!! WTF

I just paid $508, which is 1/4 the cost of my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe.

I went to Diagnotech to have a new ECM programmed for my vehicle, Anna and Peter were so extremely helpful from the get go. From recommending places to source a new ECM, and consistent progress updates for my peace of mind. There are a ton of shops out there that can do an oil change and tire swap, but these guys are much more than just that. Peter and his team are extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and don’t break the bank. They’re able to diagnose issues and don’t try to push upsells when they’re not required. You can tell they’re honest and are proud of their reputation that they’ve earned. Anna is fantastic to deal with as well, super customer service oriented and just overall very positive.
Apart from bodywork they can do everything vehicle related which is a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend checking these guys out especially if you drive a Euro vehicle.

I was a faithful customer of this shop for a long time despite it being a long drive and very inconvenient. However, they have lost my confidence which is a real shame. My last experience involved getting my Rover back that had no headlights working. When I complained they said they both burned out and fixed them for free which was weird as they never do anything for free. When I picked it up the key fob was no longer working which meant my back door was inoperable. I called Anna to say that something systemic was going on with the electrical and she told me my repair was mechanical and they never touched the electrical. My trip to another repair shop showed that fuses had been blown in my car and I have had electrical/sensor problems since. I asked Anna to let me contact Peter the owner and she stonewalled me. Someone screwed up on my vehicle and somebody needs to take responsibility. Cath

Amazing shop and mechanics!! I was having issues in the differential on my F-150 and took it to other 2 shops, after spending over $1500 they couldn't not figure it out!

I was told Peter could help me, I visited the shop, Anna and all the mechanics were very helpful. They asked me to leave the truck and after 2 days, my truck was like new again and they they able t fix it with very little cost!! Their mechanics are some of the best in the area, very very knowledgeable and know their stuff!! highly recommended

Another great experience at Diagnotech! I had an oil change done at another outfit which are proficient, but again Peter and his crew outshined. The other garage was unable to access the real problem and figured it could be a transmission issue, but couldn't be certain. With Anna at the helm understanding my concerns they did their investigation and found it was another problem other than the transmission. I asked what was the damage for their trouble seeing that the other garage presumed it was a transmission! They were extremely understanding. Their attention to detail and customer service is beyond 5 stars, especially this being my first return visit since the transmission installation September 2020 before "lockdown!". "Courtesy!" should be added to their service motto. Thanks again to Anna, Peter & their staff.
