I have visited this clinic on multiple occasions, including all my pregnancy ultrasounds. Every time I have had a wonderful experience. The reception desk is always friendly. The sonographer Ida did my pregnancy ultrasounds, and I cannot speak more highly of her! She has been very professional and calm, guided me through all procedure steps, and never rushed. Despite the fact that sonographers cannot legally disclose their findings, I always felt reassured after the test. Highly recommend Ida and the clinic.

The receptionist were very friendly, however my experience with the ultrasound tech was not pleasant at all. It was my first pregnancy ultrasound and she made the room tense and it just felt like she rushed the whole thing. She also did not let my husband in the room with me. Along with that i was already anxious and being able to see a pleasant tech would've been preferable. Training should be re-done on some of your technicians. Patient care does not seem to be top priority for that tech. Probably going to go get a second opinion from another ultrasound clinic now. Do not waste your time going here if its your first pregnancy and you're anxious and want to be comfortable!

I have been going to this location for some years now because it is close to home. That is the only good thing I can say about it. The receptionists except for one are not friendly, they should not be there if they do not like working there. No hello, no smiles. The technicians are rude, they don’t answer questions. One of the male techs was not even wearing scrubs and was dressed very rough, I felt very uncomfortable being in the small room with him while getting my ultrasound done. He did not even give me a towel to wipe the gel. Overall a very rude atmosphere. I will have to go to a different place next time.

Came here for my final ultrasound in my first pregnancy - given that this scan is done months after the last one, my husband and I were looking forward to seeing our baby. However, the tech was not welcoming, did not smile and told me to not breathe over 15 times. In your third trimester it’s already difficult to lay on your back for so long and she told me not to breathe. I was in there for almost an hour and I began to worry and even then she wouldn’t tell me anything. I’m aware technicians aren’t suppose to say anything however because she kept shaking my belly, I was worried my baby wasn’t moving and when asked she said he’s not moving as much as I want. Nothing was said after that and no context was given. She later let my husband in and we both were shown the screen for all of 15 seconds… and she apologized and said no photos when asked. I left feeling very anxious and worried. Would not recommend.

I recently visited Ontario Diagnostics Woodbridge location for an ultrasound, and I was thoroughly impressed! The facility is modern, clean, and welcoming - it's clear they prioritize patient comfort.

The technician was absolutely awesome! They were professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend Ontario Diagnostics Woodbridge location to anyone in need of ultrasound services. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten if I could!
