Great customer service Giovanna was excellent. She was very kind and explained everything in great detail she made me feel very comfortable. Also Tina was excellent although her line was very busy she was very respectful and moved at a nice past and smiling the whole time. My visit was extremely helpful and great.

I recently booked an appointment for an MRI at the Wellington location. A week later I receive a call that they must cancel my appointment because they accidentally double booked me. Mind you , my follow up with my doctor is and has been booked according to the initial MRI date. They don’t have anything available for me that is before my scheduled appointment with my doctor. I am in pain and need the imaging results to get proper care. I called them and tried to reason with them. No supervisor was available to speak to me or to call me back and there is more than one supervisor at this location. Yet if a patient calls to cancel they bill your insurance. I do not recommend this place at all. Their booking system and staff are not helping and I really need it. Maybe this post can get someone to care enough to call me back. I am willing to work with them.

Annette Norris - thank you thank you thank you. If it wasn’t for your willingness to help me, this would have been such a struggle. I’m beyond grateful to you and your team for handling the pre authorization, insurance verification and set up and billing confirmation. You truly made me feel that the medical industry still has a heart for people. Justin at the front desk last night was nice and pleasant and easy to work with. The ladies in the back with the MRI - even at 10:30pm at night (sorry can’t quite remember their names) made me feel like I was their first patient for the day; they were so pleasant , so kind, the young girl doing the MRI set up was thoughtful , caring and forthcoming with info. Then today I called to update and have my records sent to a Dr office that I hadn’t previously added and the records lady - wow she made it so easy for me. I have been beyond impressed with the level of service with the in person and records and the portal experience.

And yes love the late hours too but they are busy in general so schedule and stick to it.

Phone experience specific to appointment booking- long wait times for appointment scheduling or rescheduling, not a fan of that and not all feel confident to answer questions or reading information in the system. But I’m glad they at least found a solution and were willing / open / took steps to get me to the right person.

I cannot believe how poorly this company run. I have tried multiple times to sign up for the patient portal. I have not been successful. I either get a staff person who says they can’t help me and then I am transferred to an IT department that never picks up the phone. I have been on hold for well over an hour on some days and on hold for over 30 minutes multiple other times. Nobody can help me. No one. I finally got somebody who tried to help when I called the main number, but once I got an error message he said I would need to talk to IT - then transferred me to the prior auth dept! They then transferred me to IT. I finally hung up after another 30 minutes wait.
Looking at your reviews here I see a pattern of poor service with some lame comments from the company promising changes and thanking patrons for their review.
It’s really garbage service.
It sucks that your company is becoming the only imaging provider in the county. Patients are stuck dealing with a company that doesn’t care.

RAYUS is horrible. I am out of state now and need my medical records. After 1.5 hours on hold with RAYUS a woman in medical records finally answered the phone. She says there may be a medical request form somewhere on the website, but she doesn't know where it is. I have no access to the patient portal because their system is new and my records are two years old. She says go into my local RAYUS office and fill out the request form. I'M NOT LOCAL! I can't be the first person to move away and need my records sent. Every other imaging center makes this so easy. It doesn't have to be this hard!

After 3 weeks, did not receive results of tests. Took forever to get them on phone : if they are instigating new policy, better go back to old one. I asked if they could have my results ready and I’d pick them up next day.
Went today. I was told to sit down and wait my turn. I could see my envelope: so went to next counter. THEY WERE SO RUDE. Told me again to take a seat.

The registration process was easy and quick. The women who do it were extremely helpful and nice. The technicians who take your blood and operate the MRI were fabulous. Because of their help and support the time in the machines went quickly. The ONLY complaint I would have is how difficult it was to find the facility. Better signage is needed to guide patients to the facility.

I went to the fairly new all women’s center in Wellington.
The people who actually do the mammograms etc are extremely nice but the receptionists are very grumpy, not very understanding, rude and impatient. I may have to look for another place. And also you can’t make any appointments there, they said you have to call? What kind of office is that?
