Room & equipment was dusty, furniture and bedding was dingy. And the room was SO HOT. I didn't sleep one minute so a total waste of time and resources. While I'm sure the technician was doing what she knows to do, there were no proactive measures attempted during the night to get the data they need. When I asked to have the temperature turned down, she told me it does heat up inside the altitude tent, so she turned on a fan. Would've been good to know beforehand so I could wear appropriate pajamas. And I was clearly struggling to breathe (can't they see that on the monitors?) but nothing was done to change the environment in order to collect any data. Finally, at 3:30am I decided to be done because they need a minimum of 2 hours of data.

Had a great sleep study with Ganon as my tech. He was so kind and you could really tell he cares about his patients and the process. Ganon explained everything in detail and was quick to offer any additional support to make the study more comfortable- even tips and tricks to get the adhesion paste out of my hair! Thank you for a great experience!

It is unfortunately rare to encounter excellent customer service these days, and Mountain Sleep Diagnostics is one of those rarities. I found out that my insurance left me facing a steep $900 out of pocket cost for an at home sleep study. Mountain Sleep Diagnostics, quite generously accommodates this scenario by offering patients a far more affordable non-insurance out of pocket cost (less than $200). Not only do they buck the trend (often no insurance is far more expensive) but they even make the process as seamless as possible with the courtesy of hand delivering the at home test and picking it up as well. I would recommend this clinic to anyone considering a sleep study.

I will never will return to this sleep lab. I don’t know what was in that building caused me To coughed all night. I could not sleep very much to do study. I am going to talk to my doctor regarding this issue. Walls are very thin I heard tech talking to other patients I couldn’t fall sleep plus I heard traffic on Austin Bluffs. Very noisy. Cord from TV barely reached plug on the wall OSHA should be notified. Room was cold, bedspread looks very old and dingy and it was very cold in room. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any sleep study. I was also awakened at 5:30 AM And I was told that I arrive to early at 7:45 PM went on my paper it’s stated that if I was going to be late at 8 PM there was a number for me to call I don’t understand. Also the tech arrived at 7:45 PM.
