I went there..by using Google map location..resulted in wandering here and there..at Morning 6 AM.. So Map Location is Ridiculous...
We Were ask to report at 6 AM by Tukdoji Cancer Hospital Nagpur..at Diagnostic.. centre.. we reached at about 6:20 AM.. then they make us sit.. for 2 hrs. With Lots of mosquitos... Inside the room...
All the process started 8:30 AM Onwards...
All the staff members were polite and helpful..
But they don't inform us.... about the report... I have make a call... And then they said Your report is ready you haven't taken it yet..

No matter for whatever scan you go, they will say that there are only few patients for that scan and we just need to wait few minutes. And they will rush to pay in advance.

The moment you pay the money, they don't care.

We had to wait 4 hours for MRI scan, despite before paying, rhey told us that next number was ours.
If you are visiting here please strictly ask in advance how many exact patients are waiting.

I understand that the waiting period is valid for the number of peope visiting for scan. But we were in delusion that our's will be next while we were hungry since morning till 4PM. If they would have clearly told us that there's a 2-3-4 hours waiting time, the patient and its attendants can do some other work meanwhile.

This centre is a popular place for MRIs and scans as they have new machines and is preferred by doctors. However they have very poor levels of service, especially the technicians who conduct the MRI are downright rude. Not trained to prepare the patient for what lies ahead ( e.g.deafening noise), manner of speaking is rough and lacking civil sense. The cleaning lady comes at 10.30 am while reception area is full of patients!! I could smell the stench of bathrooms right outside. When you charge 10000/- for 15 min job, you can at least change the sheet on which patient is made to lie down!! Given a choice I would go to someone else. Please train your technicians properly.

Galaxy Vidarbha is one of the most famous Diagnostic center in central India having all facility of scan like X Ray, Sonography, MRI, CT Scan , PET SCAN. Well maintained and neat and clean center. Staff is cooperative. Easy to find. Waiting area is well maintained. Toilet facility and drinking water facility is there. Need prior appointment for many investigations. Wheel chair parking and entrance is there. Stretcher facility is also here.

I took my mother 70 years old for 2D echo, they are always in hurry to make you pay first, then the patient will be left on god's mercy for infinite time. Wait.. wait... Wait... Minimum 2 hours, maximum can be whole day... Pathetic attitude towards patient..

Very much crowded.
They do not have UPI payment facility.
No proper managment to manage the patient
No facility to hand over the reports on same day for outstation patient.
No consultation provide for reports to understand.
