Jamin and Colin did an excellent job installing the water softener and filtration systems in our home. They even had to come back the next day to complete the job, and arrived on time and were in and out quickly. We couldn’t find a better system other than Long’s and these guys were quick, but thorough, explained everything with detail and did an excellent job. It’s as if the systems were here since we bought the house. We highly recommend them and thank Jamin and Colin for their skilled work.

I chose Long’s after having an in-house consult from both them and another local company. The choice was easy and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. I honestly can’t speak to the difference in technology but customer service was night and day. Long’s was patient with me while I made my decisions and had equipment installed in phases. (The other company was so abrupt and unprofessional with their email communication I thought it was spam! When I shared my surprise and experience there was no apology.) I worked closely with both Scott and Jim who were professional and knowledgeable (did I mention patient!)
Bottom line: My water no longer smells like chlorine and tastes amazing! Game changer for coffee and tea! I feel better knowing that we’re not hydrating and cooking with chemicals and contaminants. The equipment is not bulky and the app caught a broken toilet that was running water. We also decided to change our kitchen faucets at the same time and Jim completed all the work involved in a timely manner, cleaning up and reviewing the system with me afterwards. He was awesome!!!
My only regret is that I waited so long to improve something that we use every day for so many things (drinking, cooking, bathing, laundry). Thank you Long’s!

The entire process of softening our water, from testing and selecting a system through installation was made easy because of the dedication of the owner, Scott, and the installers Preston and Colin. Jamin & Wyatt were very professional and knowledgeable and walked me through everything after they installed the water softener & under-the-sink filtration unit. Their jovial personalities were very refreshing for the time they spent installing everything. I also want to give a shout out to Jim for spending countless hours on the phone with me answering all my questions as I made the final decision to have this done....I'm so glad I did! Now I can do away with unsafe plastic jugs and drink good cleane safe delicious water. My body will thank me and so will the pipes in my house! Thank you all! Great service!

I would highly recommend Longs EcoWater Systems to anyone. We have been dealing with various water issues including strong sulfur smell and have tried different systems for the last 20 years. Jamin came out to remove an old water softener and mentioned options for a new one. He wasn’t salesy or pushy. He was great when we spoke back in June. His demeanor, knowledge and professionalism stayed with me. Fast forward and he’s back installing a new water softener. He was super thorough. Same level of great service and great to talk to.
I asked so many questions. He was able to answer them easily. He went through all the pages in the new water softener, gave plenty of instructions and recommendations, patiently waiting as I took notes. Because of his thoroughness it opened other questions I had and now I am having him come back to install a drinking water purification system.

By far Long,s EcoWater has provided the absolute best sales and service I have ever experienced. From the day the owner came to my home and explained all of my options and recommended the unit that best suited my personal needs to the most polite and professional service men who did a wonderful job, they exceeded my expectations 1000%. By the time the installation was complete you wouldn’t even know they were here. They cleaned up everything and even made sure they wiped their feet every time they came in and out. When it was time for them to leave, I felt like they became part of my family. I will use them for all my future water needs and will recommend them to all my neighbors, family and friends. Please make it a point to check them out, they do much more than water softeners.
