I was a little late and had to complete 3 pages of medical history upon arrival which left me little time to meet with the doctor. The doctor was pleasant and matter-of-fact, but my appointment was rushed, and I left not having answers to all my questions. I will return to Dr. Bullock in several weeks for a follow-up.

It was an ok experience at first. Dr. Bullock was taking care of me, and the care may have helped me, which is the only reason they didn’t get a single star here. I got an injection and had some orthotics made. However, ever since then, they have been abject failures at tending to business and I’m getting so pissed off at them continually ignoring me and only sending me bills in error.

I was quite clear when asking for orthotics at the end of April that I was not going to be able to get them until my healthcare prevention insurance changed in June. They wanted to make them then anyway and assured me that it would not be billed to insurance until I actually picked them up. So I picked up in June.

Ever since then I have gotten a bill regularly that shows they billed in April. I have called multiple times a month since then. I’m not sure they have ever answered the phone since then, and they have maybe once or twice returned the call. Last I heard, they said they didn’t want to change the date because it might look like insurance fraud. Well, that’s not my screw-up, it’s theirs, but they’re still trying to hold me accountable. The recent bill even showed an additional service visit charge that I don’t remember seeing before.

I’m poor. I can only barely afford to be off food stamps, and that’s arguable. I’m on Medicaid. I really can’t afford to pay over $500 because they screwed up and don’t want to fix it because of optics. Well, now you’re getting a bad review, how’s that for optics?

Dr. Bullock quickly determined the source of my foot problems, wrote a prescription and suggested arch supports. Just a week later, my feet seem to have improved

As a new patient, I was shocked to find myself surrounded by a friendly, caring staff who has esteem & a heart for seniors. I briefly met Dr Bullock & will be returning for care. No MyChart use here. Thank you, it's been hacked my personal info with every medical diagnosis is on the dark web.
Or AI "halucinations" for notes, another avoidence of disaster.
