This place is fantastic! I received my results quickly and efficiently, which I truly appreciated. When it came time to get my blood drawn, it was done by one of the highly trained staff members, with a trainee observing to gain experience. They even gave me the option to opt out, but I was completely fine with it.

The person drawing my blood was excellent, and the experience was completely painless—one of the best blood draws I’ve ever had! What made it even more enjoyable was the interaction between the trainee and the staff member. The trainee asked insightful questions, and the staff member explained everything in a way that helped me understand what was happening. It was both educational and reassuring to see how much care and professionalism went into the process.

They also did a fantastic job wrapping up and applying a bandage to the site. The whole experience was quick, painless, and surprisingly pleasant! I highly recommend Smart Labs Now to anyone in the area, whether for drug testing or other services. You can trust that you’ll have a quality, professional, and enjoyable experience here.

I haven’t seen the results of my test yet but I had issues with the administration of the test. I was informed that a student would be doing my blood draw and not given a choice about whether I was OK with that, although a trainer was present and could also have done it. While I understand students need to learn somehow, that’s not something you should spring on patients without their explicit, opt-in consent. It resulted in an extra painful blood draw that took quite awhile, didn’t go deep enough and left a small pool of blood (about as large as a dime) at the site of the injection. The student was asking the trainer basic questions about needle placement, and didn’t seem to understand that tourniquets need to stay on while blood is being drawn. She tried to remove the tourniquet twice before the injection until the trainer told her to leave it. All that was pretty alarming to watch happen. I was forced to mop up my own blood so the student could tape me up properly. I also didn’t get a pressure bandage, which is pretty standard. I would not feel comfortable coming back here for any further testing.

Not friendly staff and their tablets stopped working when trying to get TSA pre check approved. Couldn't even complete them and have to go somewhere else.

Surprisingly pleasant, be nice and they will be nice back. Did pre employment drug test here. Seems like the wait can rack up at times
