Jessica took great care of me as I recovered from a fractured wrist. My care from Jess, included specific exercises as well as massage techniques of my wrist and arm. The massage helped break up adhesions from my healing process so I regained my range of motion. Great facility very friendly, skilled and upbeat. Owner Vince and the rest of the team at the Pearl district location are awesome too. I highly recommend North Lake PT in Portland Pearl.

Vince, Willis, and team (Pearl District location) completed a thorough screening and evaluation at intake and tailored an individualized plan for my injury. They also gave me things to work on outside of the clinic on my own. Once progress had been made, I was released from treatment but encouraged to return if I had any recurring issues. I had a great, no nonsense experience with this clinic.

All the staff are well trained and Vince oversees it with a caring eye for everyone. My neck was improved greatly as well as my back and wrists from earlier injuries of skiing, riding, and back packing.

First off… the music always slaps!! This in addition to the fact the whole team is incredible, makes PT- dare I say, enjoyable! Everyone is professional while somehow also being warm and personable. All of the staff are super knowledgeable & helpful. The facilities are well stocked and sooo clean & organized. I felt relief from a doozy of a car accident literally after my first appt. Vince dialed in what the root issue was quickly and validated concerns & symptoms I was having that my primary care Dr was skeptical & dismissive off. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing rehab. GET YA BUNS HERE, you will wonder why you didn’t sooner!

After a podiatrist recommended I try Northlake out for some foot issues with cramping toes, I happened to have a snowboarding accident the day before my first scheduled appointment, hurting my back. Jess, my main PT, quickly started working on injury recovery for about 4 weeks without blinking an eye. They were so helpful and once healed started the plan for my foot issues. Vince did a running & walking analysis, which was super helpful to see and understand what they were looking at. They have put me on the path to recovery from the fall and then set me up with strengthening exercises to help me feet (re)learn how to better balance my weight. I highly recommend Jess and Vince.
