Honestly a brilliant garage.
This is my go to place with any problems on my car.
They are friendly and very helpful and have never done anything but a great job for me.
This is not like other garages, you can and do get a great price and advice.

Had a few problems with my car and the AA said it would cost around 2500 to sort out the problems on my car and garages would be rubbing their hands together.
Got land rover diagnostics to have a look and everything is sorted and running the best it's been for £750

I have been to LRD twice and both times Brian and Jason have been spot on with finding the problem before even seeing my 110 first instance I was told by several LR garages that my ABS pump was needing repaired at a Whooping cost of anything between £1500 and £2000 went to LRD right away they said it would be a relay fault and they were right it cost me £46.00 the second time the AA said it was the fuel pump {new in 2019 } needing replaced took it to LRD and right away they diagnosed a relay switch {£4.80} what can I say about them other than been brilliant, very knowledgeable and most of all honest! I would reccommend them to anyone to go there with any electrical problems.

I called LR diagnostics regarding loss of power on my Range Rover Sport Brian was great to speak with and managed to fit me in next day Brilliant as restricted power mode came on which gives you a fright. Right from the off Brian said £48 diagnostic time test drive etc RR would be 5 times that.
Turns out was Dpf filter was clogged up due to short runs. So some cleaner was dropped into fuel I took her on 20 mile run Drove car in manual gears gave it a tad longer in gears let the car get nice and hot Turbo purring away went back Put back on computer no faults showing Everything was Clearly explained A proper old school garage with old school values Was very impressed So £55 for diagnostic and cleaner You won’t get any better than that Car is so responsive Happy Chappie Well done Brian .

The starter motor for my 1992 Yugo was completely shot and after looking for someone to overhaul it locally in North Ayrshire without any success, I gave them a call and Brian on the end of the phone knew exactly what he was talking about.

I took the starter in and Brian already had 'one he made earlier' ! After finding the needle in the haystack, I was more than happy with the £63 part exchange

I wish I'd known this place existed years ago.

Staff were friendly but thats where the good ends, paid for a diagnosis and after taking it to another garage turns out they weren't even close. Waste of time and money and getting replies by email or phone are next to non existing and no progress has been made.

Was in for a exhaust smell in cab, smoke test revealed smoke at rear of engine and that the egr pipe was the likely cause, 3 hours of labour (£64ph) to find the leak and then cost of part.... long story short ot was an injector seal and paid a different garage 1 hour labour and the price of a copper seal. £60 fixed
Don't know what I paid for
Wouldn't recommend unless you have money to burn.

Update on reply from owner Brian, absolute nonsense booked in day before and had to wait I wasn't in for electrical work it was in for "exhaust smell in cab " and as said totally misdiagnosed and £64ph for nothing
