My second experience with this most amazing hospital. As I have said in my first review it feels like a private , boutique like establishment. Only friendly, competent staff and no people. The amazing experience starts driving once car into the generous size garage. The layout affords a short walking distance to the main lobby. Check in presented a quiet, fast , efficient feel. No wait and it continued from there. Boy, I love Baptist on Alton Rd?

I recently had a CT scan at Baptist Health Diagnostic Imaging in Miami Beach and had an incredibly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and efficient.
What truly stood out was the exceptional care I received from Miguel, the CT technician. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answering all my questions with patience and compassion. His calm demeanor and professionalism immediately put me at ease, which is so important when you're undergoing a medical procedure.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I made my appointment with a Patient Access Rep and they were very kind and patient and found me an earlier appointment so I didn’t have to wait a month to be seen. The radiology tech and ultrasound tech were kind and professional. I was seen right away and did not have to wait. The entire facility is very clean and inviting. I have no complaints and highly recommend anyone needing radiologic services.

Absolutely fabulous! I arrived as instructed 15 minutes early, was taken immediately into the x-ray room, and was completely finished and out of there three minutes before it was even my appointment time! The medical professional, who did the two x-rays was extremely kind and efficient

This is an awesome location, I love coming here but I don't like that the machine to pay was manual entry only today. They need to fix that. Besides that this is one of my favorite locations to visit when having a diagnostic test. The technicians are always pleasant.
