Specially zeni is an extremely knowledgeable and intelligent physical therapist who looks at the whole body, not just the area of pain. She's attentive and adjusts the treatment and exercises based on observations and feedback while being supportive and encouraging along the way. She is also so personable and I look forward to therapy because of her caring, fun, and upbeat personality.
