I’ve been taking the same medication for my neck for years it’s a muscle relaxer. She would not prescribe it because she said it’s not a long term medication and that I would need to see a neurologist. I have never had an issue getting refills except while seeing her. I honestly don’t think she knows what she is doing. Then she wanted me to take blood work to see if I had any other drugs in my system. I don’t even drink alcohol. I would highly recommend finding another primary doctor if you are using her. Absolutely horrible

I’m not sure if Bella Desai is a certified doctor or not. We made an appointment the first time for personal issues and long story short she prescribed me pills that I had no idea what they were and why I needed to take them and when I asked them to explain it to my daughter she said no. Made another appointment again hoping she can answer the questions I had the first time such as what these pills are that she prescribed me and still we got no where . I cannot understand what this doctor is doing and she is very very rude. When Bella Desai was speaking to my daughter she was very rude and said she did not have consent to speak with her when they clearly have her name on file . Regardless of that issue , you will get no where with this doctor( that’s if this is even a doctor) for your health I highly recommend you stay away from this person. Even some of the staff agreed with us . So sad. I would rate 0 star if I can . Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Unresponsive, unprofessional. One of the worst doctor, we have ever encountered. My wife was diagnosed with a serious disorder and since then we have been trying to contact her to get the referral, but no response from her or staff.

I found Dr. Desai to be very rude and short tempered. She barely let me tell her my problem . Plus she was wearing sandals. I really didn't want to see her toes- very unprofessional.
