Chase is a great lawyer. He’s kind of got a calm quiet presence, but don’t be fooled...he’s a fierce advocate!

When we bought our condo in Chicago, it was the first time we had ever purchased a home. We were obviously new to the processes, but it felt like the lawyer we had for our closing was mostly pointless and just an unnecessary additional expense. He didn’t seem to do anything other than show up the day of signing.

In complete contrast, when we went to sell our condo and Chase was our lawyer, we finally realized why you need a lawyer in the process and how much of a difference it makes when you have a good lawyer!

In fact, Chase was far more of an advocate for us than our real estate agent. Both my husband and I had wished we could give Chase the selling fees instead of our agent who essentially did little more than sit back and collect a check.

I would highly recommend Chase if you want a real estate lawyer that will be actively engaged in your buying/selling process.
