I used to live in Illinois, and at that time I choose Dr Eye as my primary care doctor. He is absolutely great!! As far as the billing issues, he has nothing to do with that. His billing is done through an outside organization. Dr Eyes main focus is on his patients and what is best for thier health. Ignore the reviews based on billing issues, and focus on his compassionate and competent care....Dr. Eye, Maria and Allie miss you and we are doing well in Arizona!!

Dr. Eye has been my doctor for the past 10 years. I have always found him to be exceptionally caring and knowledgable. It can be hard to get an appointment, but there is a nation wide shortage of primary care doctors, so this is hardly unexpected. I strongly recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor.

As we recently moved to Des Plaines we were looking for a more local doctor and found Dr. Eye. Yesterday was our first visit - routine for Jack but for me a look at a foot problem. The office did a great job making us feel at home and taken care of - they gave us all the time we needed to understand what was happening and what we needed to do. What is often a nervous situation ended up being positive and encouraging. Thanks Dr. Eye and Jennifer for being partners in my care. (And Jennifer, I'll work on getting better veins for you to find!!)

I’m really disappointed with this doctor. Very unprofessional! I called yesterday to get a referral from him to be seen by an orthopedic doctor because I woke up with my left arm swollen, red and with pain. I have a hardware in my left arm and maybe that swollen was related with the screws I had in my arm due to the fact I’m using crutches for two weeks now. I fractured my ankle two weeks ago. Doctor Eye refused to give a referral. He wanted to see me first but didn’t have any appointments available till next week. I insisted for the referral since I was under pain and concerned about my arm. He said that if the pain continues I needed to call the office back but still he wouldn’t give me the referral. I ended up going to emergency care. Had X-rays done. Luckily the hardware was in place, my bones were ok. What I have was an infection in the skin of my arm. So If I didn’t go to emergency care and waited fo next visit with this unprofessional doctor my infection would’ve gotten worse!!! What kind of doctor can’t assume that when a part of your body is swollen, red, and painful, it might be an infection and if not treated on time can turn in something serious!! If I have a hardware in my arm and specialist need to check that also!

Dr. Eye's office canceled my brother's appointment, who is terminally ill and under Dr Eye's care, because he was 15 minutes late. What kind of a doctor totally disregards the wellbeing of his patient for 15 minutes?! There is clearly something wrong with this physician's priorities and morals! I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone!
