The staff at West End Diagnostic Imaging are extremely friendly, and made me feel like a person. They are soft spoken and patient. I came in for a mammogram and Lynn the technician was very sweet. She calmly explained what she was going to do. I didn't feel rushed.
This location is clean and and happy feeling. I've been to other places and they gave a sad feeling.
It feels as if the staff love coming to work. I'm glad I found this place.

Very friendly staff at reception who went out of their way to be of assistance after the Xray machine was broken: they gave me the original requisition form so I could go get it somewhere else. My only critique is that the technician administering specific ultrasound needs to have a more patient and less abrupt bedside manner and also explain what to expect for the type of procedure I had. I was very impressed that the results were sent to my doctor on the same day for both procedures I had done there.

Hello everyone. Today was my first time having an ultrasound at this clinic. I left very satisfied. My ultrasound specialist, Sahar, is a very competent, responsive and professional person. My experience was good but wish they had bigger gowns. I also don't like that they do not have Pocket Health available to patients. I like being able to receive my results when they are available instead of having to wait to see my doctor. In this day and age it should be standard.

Very nice experience, (who trained the staff?) the receptionist Massi (Maci) was very efficient, personable, looked people in the eyes, instructed me it would take some time for my knee X-ray, she guided patients to the other room for the ultrasound. The technician for the ultrasound, very pleasant, professional, efficient- it was the same with the X-ray tech.

I required an ultrasound after a visit to my family doctor. I was seen at West End Diagnostic Imaging within 20 minutes of showing up to book an appointment (they are in the same building). The staff was courteous and very helpful. I understand that the new owner took over this facility this year. I would highly recommend.

This place is the WORSE for a few reasons:
a couple of bad experiences here:
- one ultrasound came up and with positive results about large cyst and other multiple abnormalities, luckily my physician didn't trust it and issued a new one in a new place.
During this ultrasound the technician asked me to drink about 3 litters of water but when done again at a different place, they told me this excess of water was not necessary,
-Last time I was there, that they booked me with a male technician knowing that the guy doesn't do ultrasounds on FEMALE patients because of HIS religious beliefs! although the ultrasound was on the arm and right hip...(are we still living in a western and progressive country where no one gets discriminated on base of gender? ) Finally the technician agreed to take me in but was very uncomfortable while doing the tests; took him only 10 minutes on a test that usually takes 20 to 30 minutes! No matter what the results are, no way I would trust them. The tests have to be done again somewhere far away where your work ethics paramount your religious beliefs !

Had an Abdominal Ultrasound with a fine young lady this morning. Was so impressed with SAHAR's professionalism & the gentle & considerate manner she performed the Ultrasound.
A lovely and well spoken Lady.
I wish her all success in her work activities and joy in her personal life. Herbert
