My wife and I went to a Pharmacy in Edison on a Friday under 2 weeks ago and this lab has representatives in this pharmacy location. My results were available the next morning and to date my wife test results are not posted in her account to this day. We called frantically up to the Sunday morning before the cruise and got in touch with "AL", his title is unknown and he personally emailed her results to her. The mindless automatons we spoke with were no help whatsoever and almost missed on on a trip because of there careless mistakes and cavalier attitude towards our plight. Find another lab with better and more concise individuals who pay attention to details and when a problem arises so it instead of pushing it off on the next employee at your company.

My parents went here for Rt-pcr test. They promised A turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours for this specific test. Due to new flight restrictions passengers on certain flights need this test within 72 hours off the departure time. It has now been over 48 hours and still no test results. We called the lab and now they’re telling us that they might might not even get the results by today making the test useless to us and having to cancel our flight.

[05/11/2021]: No surprise!! I have no clue where my report is! May be given to someone else What a service, no follow ups, no updates, no refunds!! BEWARE!!!
[12/31/2020]: Myself and family did a paid RT-PCR test on 12/23/2020 for travel purpose. The front office staff has committed that the result will be published within 48 hours. However my results are not yet provided even as on today! I have paid $370 out of pocket believing your promise! When I called the office one of your staff even mentioned they are unable to locate my record! The test was not useful for our travel as we could not get/show the result on time. As you were not able to keep the promise, you should be refunding the money at least!! Please provide your email address so I can send the invoices as proof.

I never write bad reviews but today I had a very negative experience. I don’t want to write a long story but being a business owner I understand it’s hard to find employees at this time but with the experience I had today I will try to find another place to go and not going to this place again unless they have better management team.
They also limited three people inside the office so if you came in a family of 4 one will need to stand outside in cold.

After seeing owner’s response so this was my experience this morning. I was there at 7am this morning. I did what the board said and scan the QR code. I suppose be the first person in line. There’s another couple went up to the door in front of me said they were there first so the receptionist took them in right away. So I don’t know why I am doing the QR code now if the staff is not following the rule.
Then she told me they can only have 3 people in the office so I am the one inside and my other 3 family members are outside. I had to switch my family members in order to get the form filled. And then after all the staff only remembered to filled two of us and forgot to fill the other two. The short blonde hair lady start to fuss and say that I am complaining while she’s the one keep talking.
There’s no customer service at all and if you are following what you should be doing on the board no one will be worried not to be called and rather standing out waiting.

My tech was amazing! I mean, really truly incredible!! She was very gentle and kind and extremely skilled. She took her time and had an awesome “bedside manner”.
From my phone call for pricing and procedure early this morning, to walking through the door- everyone at the Bensalem location were so nice and my whole experience was just great.
Just wanted to thank you for making this day start off so much better than last week did!! You guys are definitely doing something right over there! Best experience I’ve had getting bloodwork done in years! Thank you so much!!

Rude, rude, rude people they hire to go out unto the field. Whatever happened to professionalism when it comes to dealing with clients? You should try hiring people that don't talk rudely or give an attitude everytime they're approached by a client!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself for treating people the way you do.
