i could tell you all about how wonderfully professional & polite all the staff are at this Imagery Center, or how easy it is to park right out front and ive never had to wait very long at all...i could say i wont go anywhere else to have me bones scanned...but then too many people might then know about this little gem so close to my home !

Both times I’ve been to BDI for ultrasounds have been the best ultrasounds I’ve ever had. 2 different techs. Both Calm, gentle, patient understanding, helpful and communicative about what they’re doing. The lighting of the room was calming too. The only thing I would change is the severely deteriorating signage outside. When we pulled up outside I wasn’t even sure if it was still at that location. It honestly gives an overall unprofessional impression from the start which is unfair to their services in my opinion.

I was in October 23, 2023 and was treated very well by the reception staff. My wait time was less than 5 mins. The Technician Courtney was exceptionally professional and made me feel at ease. She was kind, compassionate and her natural way calmed any nervousness I had. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
I will definitely recommend to anyone that requires these services to go here.

We’ve had to wait a fairly long time every time we go, but it’s a medical office and that’s the norm so it wasn’t what bothered me. Staff are nice and I’ve never had an issue with anyone being rude - but on my last prenatal ultrasound I told the reception I didn’t want to know the gender and to put in an envelope. They said to make sure I told the doctor; so I did. Despite that, she probably said “he” five times in conversation and my husband called her out on it - and she said she never said that, she said “the baby.” ….? She did not say that? Then she said “he” again and I called her out on it and she denied saying it again? We wanted to have a gender reveal and make it special and this has really ruined the experience 🙁 on top of that; I’m really not sure why partners are not allowed in the room for the whole ultrasound. It’s his baby too; there’s really no reason he shouldn’t be allowed in as no questions are being asked anyway. I hate giving bad reviews but I’m really upset that a slip up like that happened from someone who has a lot of experience with keeping it neutral, and then to just deny it afterwards like we are both deaf instead of apologizing - just ruined it entirely for me.

I have gone here for X-rays and ultra sounds have always been treated very well. Was always quick never had to wait long. I like it cause it’s close to home and the office staff are nice to me that’s a big plus!!

Thank you to all the staff we saw yesterday who were so kind and empathetic to my son while he came in for his chest x-ray. And extra thanks to the x-ray tech who was so patient with him. Great experience!

I have been to this place a few times now for ultrasound and X-rays and have always been greeted with smiles. Everyone is very pleasant to me and the technicians do a good job. I have never had to wait more than 5 min either. If one approaches staff with a smile and positive attitude, people usually respond the same way. A lesson I learned as a young adult.
