Visited today to have my first mammogram and while I was a bit nervous about it, Parvinder was very kind and gentle throughout the process. After a few minutes of being in the room with her I was completely at ease and was no longer nervous. I didn’t even realize that we were done after only a few minutes because of how comfortable she made me feel the entire time I was there. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing experience at Cottrelle diagnostic! They do vascular ultrasounds here. Archana was able to manage doing the ultrasound for my sister who has autism and a physical disability (as well as being very uncooperative during the procedure). Archana handled everything with such great care, calm and even got my sister to talk about her favourite topic - food.

In addition, the ultrasound was marked urgent by the doctor and the clinic was able to accommodate the first urgent ultrasound the same day we contacted them.

Thank you for a great experience!

Avoid this place at all costs if you are going for pregnancy ultrasounds especially early dating ultrasounds or as they call it “checking for viability.” Went here on two occasions for my dating ultrasound. I was too early so they had to do a transvaginal ultrasound, the technician was rude and so rough even when I asked her to go slow. Had to return two weeks later for another ultrasound to determine how far along I am as they couldn’t tell the first time around. Technician asked me how far along I was…. So I explained that I’m here for a dating ultrasound and the whole point of me being here was for her to tell me. I said I could be 7, 8 or even 9 weeks pregnant but I wasn’t sure. After doing the ultrasound she repeatedly told me I’m “only 7 weeks pregnant” and there’s not much to see because the baby is “small and nothing is there.” She also repeatedly told me that they have to make sure the baby is “viable.” Thankfully I am continuously doing blood work with my doctor so I know that viability isn’t an issue but wow. They instilled fear like none other. As a second time mom, this didn’t bother me because I knew better. But if I was a first time mother, nothing is more frightening than this. While doing the ultrasound I was on my phone and she kept asking me if I was ok and if something is wrong. They don’t allow you to see the screen or play the heartbeat for you so I’m not sure what I was supposed to do instead of be on my phone. She was hesitant to give me my photos at the end. And they don’t allow family inside the room when you’re so early although at my last ultrasound they told me that my husband can come inside this time. Don’t go here for your “viability” ultrasound unless you want to leave very upset and uncomfortable.
