- Receptionist wasn’t even ready to sign me in and finish paperwork though I arrived early.
- Maybe because it’s the day before a public holiday but very long wait time
- Appointment was at 12, arrived at 11:45, wasn’t seen until 12:30
- On the bright side, I got the results and copies of the ultrasound almost immediately.
- Would be even better if they had a quicker turnaround.

I recently had an appointment at CDC and my experience was worth an exceptional review. Special thanks to Jennifer, the front desk assistant, who displayed professionalism, courtesy, patience, and exceptional customer service, not only to me, but to all of the patients who encountered her. She has such a sunny disposition that made me feel at ease. She seemed to be an avid multi-tasker while never losing her attention to the customer/patient concerns. I cannot allow this opportunity to pass by without mentioning another asset (Alexandria aka Alex) the CT Scan technician at CDC. She too administered exceptional customer care to me during my CT scan. She informed me in details of what to expect during the scan process. I would highly recommend CDC to anyone in need of quality and professional imaging services, and I will return for future images, if necessary. Thanks CDC for a courteous and caring staff. ♥️

I come in today and sign in and have a seat just like the sign says. I sit for about 5 mins. Next a white lady comes in and the white lady at the desk immediately ask her for her name and handed her papers to fill out… I’m like wow!’ So then I get up and then the other white lady states that she will help me..(yeah five mins later after I come back to the desk). I guess they would have just let me sit there if I didn’t say anything. Smh

I had an MRI done here last week, and everyone was so nice. Their equipment is easy to be tested in. Ask for the open machines, and they can also give you a mirror that shows everything happening in the room. My tester, Kelly, was very supportive and talked with me through the whole test. Also, you can pick up a copy of your test results if you want them earlier than your next doctor’s appointment.

I gave this number because as soon as I came in a blonde lady was at the desk I said ma’am 3x and she proceeded to ignore me. Then she said just sign in and have a seat rudely. As I was trying to ask questions about the paperwork Dr gave me for my son. The only reason I gave 3 stars because I want to give it 0 is because the nice lady with the red/burgandy hair was so pleasant and friendly and read my paper and told me I was suppose to be in the 2000 building which was labcorp had the other rude lady took the time to read I would’ve never sat down and waited. You need to get nasty people like that out your workplace. Keep hiring more sweet individuals like the one who helped me. Her personality was so pleasant

Almost no wait time, excellent customer service skills - besides the front office lady randomly slamming down my ID, and insurance card with the clipboard-, and the appt was quick and easy! Also the ultrasound tech had great taste in music 😎

Came today to get an xray and things were really wonky because my doctor didn't send the order! 😤 Ms. Jennifer at the front desk though!!! She was sooooo unbelievably helpful and understanding and with the help of her and my doctor, I was finally able to get that xray! She blessed me so much with just her kind demeanor and eagerness to help me, I had to rave about her! They also got me in and out!

I paid cash for an MRI for my son back in February 2023. The billing department has no decided to run my insurance and charge me based on my deductible. I owe more than what I agreed to pay based on a cash payment day of treatment and they are threatening to turn it into collections. I will be calling blue cross and giving them free advertising.
