VERY UNRELIABLE! My mom’s doctor’s appointment is in July 2024, a month before the appointment they’ve been calling me everyday to have the blood drawn. I’ve said everytime they called to have the blood drawn a week before the docs appointment. Still several people keep on calling me, bothering me to schedule a blood draw. I don’t know if they have the capacity to understand. Now it’s July 2, we’ve been waiting for them to show up, specifically said to come BEFORE 9am STILL WAITING! The patient is 86 years old and diabetic. The test indicates fasting. VERY UNRELIABLE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF, VERY DIS-ORGANIZED COMPANY, AND ALL LIARS!!! Claiming they were outside the building 7:40am but never even called us to let us know and go down to open the main door of the apartment building! They just stood there by the main door and telepathically called us? Stupid and liars!!! DON’T EVER, EVER RELY IN THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

They called around 8 times to arrange a home blood draw for a patient, sent a technician, and continued to call to schedule. However, the first technician didn't draw enough blood, so another technician called multiple times to complete the job and asked me to inquire about the urine test if done by lab technician yesterday, is that my job to double check ?. The operator put me on hold without waiting for a response, indicating a very unprofessional and disorganized lab.

I just called this place as I received a bill from them and asked if one of my insurances can be applied to my bill to see if that would help the costs. Not only was this individual unhelpful, he was rude and condescending and even hung up on me. When I called back he tried to blame me for the "lost call" and told me there was no other person I could talk to. He apparently is the ONLY person from billing here and has no supervisor. I have been in and out of the hospital all year and any bill that came my way was able to be taken care of with the application of my medical insurance. It makes no sense that this is the ONLY place where they can't even try according to him. He also denied my request to look up my information through my social like every other place does if you don't have your member ID number handy. Absolutely uncalled for, I don't need this extra stress as I am fighting for my life everyday. really poor form from this man.

Extremely poor service and completely 100% unprofessional. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you have the opportunity to not use their services, find elsewhere immediately. Staff has an extreme issue of lack of internal communication. Between their poor attitudes, lack of communication and repeated (4-5x a day) phone calls to sick patients- it’s completely unbelievable to me that they are still in business. One of their unvaccinated lab techs even arrived to our home to tend to my sick parent. Completely unacceptable. What an utter nightmare. You’ve been warned- see other reviews. My experience isn’t unique. I wish I took others advise.

Called in the morning to get my Dad's blood drawn. The receptionist said a technician could be at the house today between now and 5:00. Five minutes later a technician (Eric) calls and said he could be at the house in 7 minutes. He drew blood from my Dad in about 5 minutes. Fast, efficient and respectful. I honestly could not have asked for more.

My medical office uses this lab very often and usually we don't have any problems with the staff but today was different. They always seem super busy and it's completely understandable but i spoke with a Melanie and she was VERY rude. After saying what she had to, she then hung up on me. I called back to get her name and was placed on hold for a few minutes then when i got on line with Melanie, she did the same thing and talked over me and hung up yet again without concluding the conversation.

Our office is very understanding when it comes to being busy and dealing with deadlines and patients but this was unacceptable and the doctor was informed.

They're suppose to draw blood for my mom and was given a window of between 7am-10am and they arrived 10:30am when the patient who is my mom, 83years old diabetic and with a heart problem, is already shaking with hunger. She's so weak she needs to lie down. She's been fasting for 12hours for a diabetic and an old person. They arrived 10:30 when my mom cannot take the hunger anymore and really needs to eat or else she will go into shock. MS diagnostics is putting my mom's health in danger. I am really really really mad at their inefficiency. People that work there also doesn't know how to talk to their clients. They are so rude! They said they have other clients too. I agree, but my mom is also a client and was told of the situation beforehand. I believe that is a no brainer. I would think twice about doing business with them if I were you. They're unprofessional.

Girl came out half filled the vials of blood she took from my dad and they were never turned in had to have blood pulled again for same visit. MS Diagnostic called my dad at 6:31pm last night for blood and urine for today Told Eric would call us between 10-5 to let us know when he will be there this is not the only appointment he has today! If we have to wait until 5 we will have to reschedule. I will ask the dr to send someone else out or we will just come into dr office and let them do this my last time dealing with this lackluster company with incompetent help. Calling Dr. Schether today!!!
