Third class service they don't think about patients only 4 waiting for sonography it took 2 hrs for scan ..don't visit seriously guys they only Jo unke khas hai jo hospital se inko reference ata hai bas usse ko lete ..

I come with my son my son is 4 years old

They don't think he is waiting for 2 hrs .

2 things to the Diagnostic centre -
1) whenever you quote an amount to the patient please be sure about it as i was made to pay 7k first and then an additional 3.5k. This doesn't give a good impression even if your charges are genuine.
2) Please make females only to attend/prepare a female patient whether it's for an xray, sonography, MRI or any such diagnosis as you have sufficient female staffing to do that and the female patients are asked to dress in nothing but an hospital gown which makes them uncomfortable to be attended by male staffs.

Hope the above observations will be taken positively and seriously. I understand that the MRI quality is supposed to be 3 Tesla so the charges here are comparatively high. Awaiting to check the results.

Very very costly ,for MRI they have charged 9000 rs. Which is available in any other diagnostic centre @4500- 5000. They tried to convince the people with advance technology, which is very common and easily available on any other diagnostic centre .They believe in short term business..not recommend for any tests...

extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The behavior of both the staff and the owner was unacceptable and unprofessional.
Firstly, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I arrived with the appointment they scheduled, I was not assisted in any manner and had to wait for an extended period without any explanation or apology. When I finally approached the front desk to inquire about the delay, the staff member responded with a dismissive and condescending attitude saying that there is no doctor we did not have any appointments. After discussing long they voice went high and even the owner- mr. Amol says we will check CCTV and then will decide to give you the next appointment even after we asked for other days. After 2 days of first review he texted with an apology and asked to remove the review. So basically only based on review he was concerned of but disrespect and no value for his clients/ customers/ patients.

Worst service of this center.
No value of time of the patients and very costly and no reports are given back on time.
Staff service is very rude and owner behaviour is full of attitude and no responsibility towards work.
Better diagnostic centres are available in kalyan then this!

Worst behaviour of the staff.
No seriousness of patient is been taken into consideration.
Rude and full attitude manner of talking in all staff even the superior person doesnot takes responsibility of what has been said.
