Pathetic service! On the day of sonography the technician informs that they cannot do the scanning as evening doctor cannot see the baby proper. It was my important anamoly scan. Bloody nonsense solution! What kind of a doctors have you hired Also, the medical employees working are not aware about the department timings. I will not recommend Suburban to anyone ever. A last moment change by irresponsible people have put me into anxiety.

Absolutely pathetic centre, short of staff who are over worked, no appointment schedule being adhered to, facility lacking and dated. Left the place after waiting for 4 hrs. So did a number of patients. Would not recommend using Suburban.

One of the worst diagnostics centre in Juhu not organised! Test not done properly. Wrong reports given in different patient name! Won't recommend My test reports was misplaced by the centre! staff is super rude!

Customer service to answer queries minimum wait time 10 mins. Finally operator answers, goes off to check the price and phone disconnects. Pathetic customer service online. At the Juhu lab, tech arrives later than patient.

Horrible experience. Had taken an appointment a evening prior and they said as the machine is not working sorry we cannot perform the test.. I didn't receive a call nor a message that the machine is not working so v need to cancel the appointment. How irresponsible people are and the way they talk at reception was also rude and they r not given any training nor the customer care.

Totally inconvenient and terrible service. Staff shortage causes long delays. I missed an important meeting because of their incompetence and the less of communication from the staff.

Unprofessional and inexperienced set of people. Paid for full body checkup for my mother with them. And after making us wait endlessly, they tell us mammography cant be done as they stupidly applied gels for sonography and that its not “ important “ a test, so we can go without it as well !!

I am still surprised at their casual attitude!!

Not even worth running a tea stall, forget about managing a medical institute!

If you have ample amount of time to spend and no important work to do than do book suburban for your medical test. There process is slow multiple by 3x e.g. my appointment was at 8am now it is 922am I still await my first test. Worst slow experience
