Brilliant, efficient, great customer service. The speed at which things happened were just out of the world. I had called for booking at 920. The earliest i could reach was 950. Got an appointment for that time. Got from billing to scan in 2 min and got the scan finished. The doctor was very polite and even spoke to my treating doctor. By the team i reached back home my reports were on WhatsApp

If you are getting a blood test, please ask for Shivam. I have never been in safer or more capable hands. Even during a small blood test, he was gentle and caused absolutely ZERO pain. This is the first time i have ever experienced someone who cares about his job and does the best he can. Excellent person for all your blood test needs.

The ultrasound doc comes at 2pm but the call center says 1:30 pm
Then they give you an appointment of 1:15 pm wherein you have to wait for madam doc to arrive. You basically have to put your entire life on hold for atleast 1 hour as that is the variance in appointment time! If a person is pregnant/ suffering from a chronic disease or has a child at home what should one do? Saral jana hai to bhai sab chod do n wait Karo!

I contacted Mr Rahul to get me access to my father's MRI images which were needed in a hurry.
Mr Rahul understood my predicament and sorted out access for me within 30 minutes of my call.

Leaving a one start review as it cannot go low. The issue is that we booked an appointment for our first pregnancy scan it was a special moment for our family.

We reached the centre a little late, the lady at reception was rude, not helpful or professional.

She was behaving in a way that we got the chance of getting that test done for free of cost and we missed the bus.

Even when a person from staff said that the doctor is still available and it can be done she was still sure that we won't be allowed to take the test that day.

It ruined the moment for me and my family. Maybe such medical faculty providers forget that such behaviour can result in bad brand reputation and revenue loss.

I will never suggest or recommend anyone to visit this center. Go somewhere where the staff have basic courtesy to attend patients.

Neat and clean place. Staff is professional.
Took The MRI scan services here and the doctor was very well behaved and soft spoken.

The MRI scan cost was however a bit pricey (Rs. 7200/- for a wrist scan that too after 10% discount) So I'd suggest to confirm the price of the service before bill is generated.

The center overall is good and is recommended.

RGU & MCU Test

Worst experience at Safal digonostic testing center at Noida Sector 39 during RGU & MCU test on 07th December 2024. It may be good for normal tests like blood ,urine ultrasound, etc. as review suggests but not for specialized testing.  There are no standard procedures to do specialized testing like RCG & MCU. Such specialized testing depends on the whim & fancy of technicians doing the procedures. Can you believe people are goning and coming during the nacked position of patients without any proper reason. Three people are required for such testing, but around 10 people come & go during testing. So disgusting when asked about such irresponsible behavior at the reception counter  they have nothing to say but only to say sorry, and Doctor will contact you for your grievance. But after not getting any call from SARAL Diagnostic for such behavior, I am forced to right that people should be aware of the reality of such lab centers claiming best practices for testing.  Sorry to say, but I will not recommend this center to anyone.

The lady at the reception is rude and mannerless for no reason. If your job is to sit at the reception, the least you are supposed to do is be respectful and answer people's questions. Disappointed.
