Worst service waited 30 mins near counter to entry my name, and waited 3 hours for my turn. Staff really don’t care about you. Felt like old Govt hospital with no one takes responsibility. Most funny part is it took 2 days to complete my package cause doctor need to leave. Forgot to mention parking issues. If you want to waste time come to this branch. No proper chairs to sit. Full of crowd, feels claustrophobic.

One of the best diagnostic centres in Hyderabad. They do provide diagnostics for most of the illnesses.
You will get the results on your mobile within the timeline mentioned.
The cost for tests is affordable, this building is located in a busy area the issue here is for car parking.
Cleanliness has to be improved since this is a medical service it has to be very hygienic.

Good service. KPHB branch should improve on billing time. I have been going to them for last 4 months and its billing take very slow in the morning hours from 7.30 to 8.30.

Token system is appreciable as that gave us clarity about our turn and wait time.
Staff was very polite.Home sample collection was super fast this help senior citizen a lot.
Reports are all online so zero wait time after tests.
Billing person were also very polite to give senior citizen discount as per their policies with out even us asking for it.

There will no time sence here and you have no assurance even after the scan has bookad at particular time. The doc’s will not be availble on the given online timings and the worst part is there is no parking at all even after dispalyed the parking here, the staff itself has no parking, when you have take any serious patient or elder people to any scans you have to wait down side at vehicle and there are not at all responsible for the patients they came here.

This is an worst diagnostics ever,
Soo much of waiting time for every test
( Min waiting time is 1.3h ) And they are not providing relevant reports.
( Few are fake just for promotion purposes they are taking reviews 😕)
I'm clearly telling min Waiting time for any test is 1h waiting compalsary

I have visited Vijaya diagnostics KPHB branch near REMEDY HOSPITAL, multiple times. Test wise it is a very good diagnostic centre.

But the parking at this centre is unimaginably worst. I hot my feet hurt due to that today morning i.e on 8th Feb 2025 8:15 AM. When I asked the to provide hydrogen peroxide, atleast the diagnostic center does not have it. Even spirit is also not available. They only provided cotton and a small bandaid for it. Even the watchman is not bring any aid when I asked. He is asking to go up to first floor and get it. Such an irresponsibility

When we park the bike the parking , go up to the respective floor and come back to parking, the bike is moved and placed by watchman in such a way that we cannot move the bike out from parking. There is no minimum space between bike and bike. When I asked watchman that appropriate space should be there in between the bikes , watchman tells that on weekend Saturday and Sunday it will be like that only (or) watchman is telling if I am not capable of taking the bike, I should have told him. Even he is not having minimum concern towards my hurt palm where blood is flowing. I am very disappointed by this Vijaya diagnostics.

Even when I went to first floor and asked help to the floor manager, he asked another person to take a look and when asked there is no minimum first aid there. I was only give a price of cotton and a small bandaid which is used to cover the blood test syrenge stain, was given to me. I came back to my home and then had hydrogen peroxide to my ruptured feet.

Atleast maintain hydrogen peroxide and spirit at the diagnostics so that person who is hurt due to your parking can have minimum first aid.

Vijaya diagnostics - please have minimum first aid at the center.

We came for a scan and were treated really well.
Mr.Ratna Kumar assisted us end to end and was extremely helpful, we were very delighted with this experience.
The overall experience was amazing...right from staff response, cleanliness, guidance etc was outstanding.
