I went for a scan for my wife, they were bit slow even though crowd was less but the work was done. It was the only center opened in the area during corona period so I was grateful. They had a drinking water facility but no paper or plastic cups which was uncomfortable. You have to bring your be bottles to refill.

Very incompetent people starting from taking the test to getting the report. There is always confusion between the tests and they have to send the prescription around just to confirm the tests written. We have the tests in the morning around 8.30 am and was promised by evening 6 PM. We had also booked the doctor's appointment accordingly. Little did we know the samples go to a different lab lupin diagnostics. We get a message while going to our appointment that it's been delayed for 5 days. We had to call lupin diagnostics and had them sent over the report however had to cancel the appointment. Such incompetent people who do not understand the importance of health and check up. Or else don't promise something which you cannot deliver.

Doctor is never on time. Staff is super lazy and doesn't attend patients properly. Not proper care. Would not recommend any one for emergency checkups. People with ample time can visit this place

I had a disappointing experience at Magnus Diagnostic Centre. I visited for a beta HCG test as recommended by my gynaecologist, arriving on time with a prior appointment. Despite paying at the reception, the lab staff refused to collect my blood sample due to miscommunication about timings, leading to a heated argument among the staff.

They promised to send the test results the next day before noon, but when I tried to contact them three times, no one answered. The receptionist provided another staff member's number, but that was also unresponsive.

Due to the lack of communication and delay in receiving results, I had to reschedule my doctor’s appointment. I won't be returning to this lab again.

I was recommended this place by a doctor at Apollo Spectra Koramangala, so I expected at least a half-decent place. But, oh boy, was I disappointed. Magnus Diagnostic Centre feels more like a Xerox shop than a medical facility. The tall man at the front desk was extremely rude. He would keep interrupting when we try to tell him something. In the end, I had to repeat the same thing four times for him to understand. If only he would stop interrupting and just listen. The place itself was loud and unorganised. Moreover, the layout of the building is a maze. On the ground floor itself, there are three areas at different floor heights. The slopes connecting these three different rooms are so steep that they’re a major injury hazard. I’m sure half their ortho patients come due to falling on these slopes itself. There are no signages warning patients at these slopes. The MRI room was in chaos. Random pieces of furniture lying around the room. Paper and trash on the floor everywhere. The day we arrived (Jan 2024), their ECG machine was not working. Many patients were turned away because of this.

There is no space for parking here. Difficult to find street parking nearby.

On the whole, I was quite shocked that such a run-down and mismanaged place was recommended by a good doctor at a reputed hospital.

Went for a scan and service was good. Only thing was had to wait for quite some time.

Well located on the ground floor with limited parking in the front of the diagnostic centre.

Good doctors are available for consultation with prior appointment.

Rest rooms available and elevator available to move to higher floors.

Overall a decent experience.
