I had to get an MRI of my pelvis and abdomen with and without contrast. This was my first time getting an MRI so I didn’t know what to expect. The front staff was pleasant, I didn’t sit long and the technician was amazing. He explained what to expect and kept checking in to see if I was okay. I’d absolutely recommend Amboy Diagnostic and would come back for any diagnostic needs.

The staff was very nice. When I had to reschedule due to a few unexpected things, they were very accommodating for that. I got an appointment very easily. They worked with my schedule needs.

The MRI guy answered all my questions and helped make me feel comfortable and did everything to help me cope with the test. That is big as someone on the autism spectrum.

-1 star for a tiny parking lot, making it difficult to get a ride/dropped off.
-1 star for no music available. Please make that available. It helps A LOT for us as patients who are nervous about these tests.

Poor service, it was the worst experience I had. The receptionist is rude and doesn’t know how to treat people. Raises her voice like she is the one in charge. I called to make an appointment and they hang up on me. When I called back the lady on the phone told me to call later because she was busy and was the only one working there. To add up there is a paper with days and hours of operation in their door, however they don’t work Saturdays as the paper says. I don’t recommend this place there are better ones near by and with outstanding service for their patients.

Inept billing staff. Submitted both MVA insurance information and personal health insurance cards at time of service in October of 2020. 2 years later they send me a bill and they didn't even submit the charges to my personal health insurance and are demanding payment. Unprofessional and inept billing staff. Their email address doesn't even work. Get your act together, this is outright sad. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE. If someone with a half working brain wants to reach out to me and rectify this situation, I will update this review.

I went to take a Bone Density test on Monday. Was told the results would be ready today. Called them to find out the results and they said they couldn't tell me because of XY and Z. Long story short, I spoke to Michelle and boy she was NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I then asked her to mail the results to me and she said they don't do that!!!

I then reminded her (MICHELLE) that they mailed me the test results to my MAMMOGRAM a while back. She said they didn't do that! Get this! As proof, a while back they INADVERENTLY sent me mammogram results for ANOTHER patient---NOT ME!!

When I brought this to their attention, MICHELLE "HAND WROTE" me a note (on a yellow posted) on the corrected copy-APOLOGIZING/ACKNOWLEDGING --their ERA!!!!

Perhaps I should consult a LAWAYER-wonder how many other "ERA" mammogram results they have SENT to the WRONG PERSON!!!!!!?
