Between 2019 and 2023, I, together with my family had Impact Clinic as our family health center. Good customer service and personal care. One person who has held the hospital’s service to one that stands out is Dr Dadzie; he has all the patience to listen to you. And to the front managers, kudos to you all for your hard work… keep it up

Great facility and good doctors, but availability is a problem, and pharmacy is not well resourced. Why don't you work 24/7 and resource your lab and pharmacy well. You also need friendly pharmacy staff.

As the name suggests, they impact you differently. It’s an ultramodern facility with very qualified and dedicated personnel. The ambiance is a home away from home, they give you value for your money. For any type of medical condition just visit them and they’re will make your stay a memorable one. Their nurses are very nice and helpful especially Ms Doris Boadu.

This center is a money-hungry institution, preying on the medical woes of unfortunate individuals.

I booked a consultation with a specialist for the 22nd of this month, at 3:30pm. The doctor, who arrived at 6:30pm asked that I run an additional test. However, their lab closes at 6pm, so I made arrangements to return the next day the specialist was available (29th August).
I stand to be corrected, but is it normal for me to pay for another consultation? I have never experienced this at any other medical institution, and I have been to plenty.
The front desk operator is also so rude. Gosh! I'm surprised they are still in business. Nobody deserves to be exploited like this.

Please use other options which are cheaper and more efficient. I recommend the Diagnostic Center at East Legon, and Acacia's medical center
