I have been referring patients here for a decade. And also used their services for myself. The staff are always prompt, polite, courteous, extremely flexible with their scheduling, very fairly priced for their self pay patients, and FAST with their scans. The facility is also spotless every time I have been in. A++ thank you for all you do!

They called me to schedule weeks in advance, to be sure insurance items are done. I specifically asked if I need to do anything and they stated no. I just received a call at 4:50 on a Friday afternoon telling me I may need to cancel my 6:45 Monday appointment if my insurance company does not get back to them. My insurance company is already closed. Tried to express my frustration and lady on phone said “oh well. I’m sorry, I guess you’ll have to reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous!

I have used them several times and was very pleased with the service. I needed to get a MRI for my gson. The imaging center the MD referred to was going to take almost 2 weeks and that was after multiple calls. Spoke with Angela (the best!), she called MD office and gson had his MRI the same night. Stopped by today with new imaging order for my son and they dropped everything to get him in the computer and get him scheduled.

Lisa and the MRI tech were some of the most friendly and caring people I've met. I've been to this location in Ormond Beach about 4 times. It is always immaculate and organized, and the staff is always helpful and efficient. It has always been a pleasure to go to this location. Ladies, please keep up the excellent work and customer service.

The best MRI you can imagine. It is wide open, you can sit in
a very cool environment which makes you comfortable.
If you are afraid of going please do not worry. You can see
the doctor anytime through a big window. He offered me to
check on me all 7 minutes. Very nice people working there.

Very happy with my experience here. Not only are the staff super friendly, but my appointment started exactly on time! The facility is very clean. I highly recommend this MRI if you are claustrophobic or you hurt when laying down. I could not get through a normal MRI, but actually dozed off in here.
