The billing department is terrible I always get this rude foreign lady. The most recent bill I got told me they’re sending me to collections after calling my insurance company they asked for a detailed bill. Now why can’t they send a detailed bill?!?!! I had services done in April and it’s now October. Never seen so many incompetent people working for one company smh

Billed my daughter instead of my insurance. She tried to speak to them to verify her insurance information and the customer service reps just hung up on her twice. When she tries to call, sometimes she gets no answer and other times is left on hold for 45 minutes only to get hung up on. Now they are asking for more information than they even are required to have in order to bill my insurance. They are collecting info they have no legal need to acquire. Be careful. They continue to send us bills for something they are supposed to bill to insurance first. This is likely a company trying to scam money out of patients. Highly recommend not doing business with this place.

It pains me to give this company even one star. I would give zero if it were possible. What is the point of having a billing department, if not one of their employees is competent enough to resolve a simple error?

Multiple charges were accidentally charged to me personally instead of to my insurance. Fine, simple mistake. When first seeking to solve this error, we were directed by the billing department to a Mr. David Brown, who assured us that he would take care of the problem and would email us when the issue was resolved. More than a week passed and we received no response from Mr. Brown. Multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails were sent in order to regain contact with Mr. Brown to which we received no answer. After contacting the billing department once again, we were informed that no one had any idea who David Brown was, but that we would have our issue resolved and receive a corrected bill in the mail.

Then, suddenly, Mr. Brown reappeared. He followed up via phone, and informed us that he had resolved the issue, our account was frozen, and that we were not to pay a dime until we got our corrected bill in the mail. In an odd turn of events, we then received multiple follow up TEXT MESSAGES from Mr. Brown, advising us of the same information given over the phone. Never in my life have I conducted medical business over text message. Incredibly strange and unprofessional.

After more than a month of waiting for our bill, we attempted to pay the amount for the only charge on our account that was correct. We spoke to a representative over the phone, who proceeded to charge us the full $600 bill, rather than the $250 charge that we had explicitly directed her to fund. We have been assured that the charge will be voided, but there is no possible way that this ordeal can be resolved at last. That would be too simple. It seems as if this company's motto is "Make Everything a Hassle"

I am pregnant and attempting to avoid excess stressors. This company has single handedly taken that goal and torn it to shreds. Avoid them at all cost.

If you enjoy being jerked around for a month over their billing error, this company is for you. If you like being called and texted by a David Brown (who apparently isn’t known by any of the billing department) and told the wrong information multiple times, this company is a great fit. You would think that after a MONTH they would understand the situation. You would think that explicitly telling them we wanted to pay ONLY for the test they billed correctly, they wouldn’t put a charge for total. You would be wrong. But hey, at least they reassured me that I wouldn’t have to worry about the $585 charge they made by mistake and they would have it voided. I have absolutely zero confidence that this fiasco is resolved. Would give zero stars if possible. Billing department is completely incompetent. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm having the exact same problem as everyone else, I'm convinced this company is just a big money grab scheme. I hope pregnant women do their research before agreeing to do any business with this company. Got to love a company that bullies pregnant women, and tries to steal as much money as they can from them.

Extremely rude. Tried to bill me instead of my insurance then asked if I had insurance and to give them that information. Declined and told them that my oncologist will forward them that information. I never ever give out information to companies I am not aware of. That’s how you get scammed. After I declined the person got very snippy and rude. That just tells me it’s a scam. Beware and talk to a medical professional before discussing insurance and personal information.

I have never spoken to someone so condescending and rude. Im trying to figure out a bill and hes "mmhhhhmmmm" uhhhm..okayy?."thats either a yes or no question" when i wasnt sure. Your company should seriously be embarrassed. Im being billed in December for labs back in March!. They wont take the insurance. The insurance keeps saying theyre not getting any bill. Submit the claim to my insurance! Your company is so outrageous and unprofessional. If i wouldve known, i wouldve never got labs done. Never ever AGAIN!

This company is terrible. They charge so much money for blood work and I wasn't told it was going to come up to 600$. I'm a self pay and felt really sick so I needed to get tested. How can you charge someone so much money being self pay and not offer any financial aid? Coupons? I wish I would've known my clinic changed labs... I would've not allowed them to take my blood. This is just impossible to pay.
