Been going to Dr. Rush for a few years. Great doctor but front desk staff always sounds like your bothering them when you call. Her office is BioTe certified provider but the I have had major issues with side effects. They only test you when you first get on it then it seems like a guessing game after that. She gave me way too much after my second visit and now my hair is coming out in clumps, voice is changing and they don’t seemed to be to concerned that these issues are NON-reversible. Why would you NOT test each time before adjusting your dose? Every time I call with questions I get a nurse line instead of being able to talk to my doctor. For this service, I think I’ll be going to a place who actually knows what they are doing. Hormones aren’t something to play guessing games with.

Dr. Rush and her staff are very kind and responsive! She takes her time with you and you don't feel like your appointments is rushed. I had many questions as a new mom, Dr. Rush is very knowledge in answering all my questions. This is a great friendly practices!

I really like Dr. Rush, she is a great doctor but her staff is TERRIBLE. They have been so rude when I call to schedule an appointment and forget about speaking with a nurse. I left a message with the nurse and it took over 2 hours to get a call back. When I finally got a call back, I had missed it by 2 seconds and immediately called back to get the front desk giving me attitude for wanting to speak with her nurse. They do not know what they are doing. I am so disappointed with the office staff. I wish I could give less stars.

I am so very impressed with Dr. Rush and her staff. They are kind, compassionate and very professional. My family and myself really enjoyed everything from being seen from mid pregnancy to delivery of our baby girl. Dr. Rush is very professional, direct and to the point of getting the job done. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish and always answered any questions or concerns I had. She is very busy but she will go out of her way to make time for her patients and sees everything through until the end. Thank you so much Dr. Rush and staff for being so good to our family! I would highly recommend you to anyone.

I’ve been going to Dr. Rush for years for my annual wellness visits and highly recommend her. Let’s be honest, no one likes going to the gynecologist. However, she is very personable which makes the uncomfortable parts of the appointment go by quickly. She is always happy to talk with me about any questions I may have and I don’t feel like she is rushing my appointment to move on to the next. Her office staff is always so friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Rush is so compassionate and understanding. She really listens and understands and isn't like other doctors who try to talk you out of your convictions. I have enjoyed my pregnancy well visits and don't mind going in every week to see her.

Dr. Rush and her staff are the bomb! I am post menopausal, , She has been my gynecologist for a few years now, she listens, is conservative, and very gentle from the yearly exams to biopsies, I am very grateful she offers BIOTE hormone replacement, it makes a huge difference in how you feel! Definitely worth the hour and a half drive it takes me!! You won't be disappointed......

I have been a patient for 14 years. Dr Rush now has the walls covered in weightloss and Botox ads. I Waited on the table in just a gown for over an hour before I left feeling humiliated, shamed, and unworthy. Never saw the dr. She seems to be primarily focused on her social media presence instead of caring for her patients and that is very disheartening. I did attempt to reach out to her and she never responded.
