I did in the review---this was not my review. I left a very detailed one, and it is not the one on here.
Sheila, his nurse, and Dr. Poage are wonderful. That was the gist of the interview I thought I had left. She is always helpful and he, basically saved my life with his advice. I had emailed him on a Monday evening-after hours--- and he called me before 8:00 am the next morning. His advice was critical. there was more to it, but that is the crux of it. Dr. Poage has addressed my concerns. He offers virtual visits and orescribes my medicine. Working with him and his nurses is a great breeze. But sometimes I'll need additional advice. I have been with Dr. Poage for over 5 years. I have questions to him and his staff and they are answered 90percent of the time on the same day.
I have been a member of the arc clinic for a while. I have often asked him for weight loss and referrals and he has tried his best with both.

I had the worst and least professional experience with a doctor and medical staff. I came for a visit, the nurses went through the routine, and then, five minutes into my conversation with the doctor, he learned I have U.S. Healthcare. He stormed out, cursed at his staff, and was completely upset that I had been scheduled and not left waiting. He demanded to know why he couldn’t select his patients.

He came back after 10 or 15 minutes, rushed through the rest of the appointment, and thankfully the nurses had submitted my refills ahead of time. The only reason I stayed was to get my blood work set up before leaving.

We discussed two action items on my medications, but neither was updated. I received the original prescription the nurses processed.

Zero stars for the most unprofessional experience ever!
